Pros (+) Didn't know breakfast came with it. We were not shown which way to our room Not told if there were a place to eat there. Staff soft spoke difficult to hear. I asked her to speak louder several times
Pros (+) Close to airport. Reliable shuttle. Very clean hotel. Good bar & restaurant onsite- very reasonable prices. friendly staff. Spacious room with comfortable furniture.
Pros (+) Nothing special, just a solid, nice clean hotel at an excellent price. Decent food in the restaurant at reasonable prices.
Cons (-) Airport shuttle is free, but it was an hour late to pick us up because of traffic. You also have to walk 10 minutes through O'Hare with luggage to the spot where they pick you up, and it's hard to find. Not worth it. I suggest taking a taxi. But once we arrived at the hotel, everything was fine.
Pros (+) Stayed here one night on a trip to Chicago. Was a good value for the money. The rooms are very nice and the hotel is in very good condition.
