Pros: A lot off space, with big terace and bbq.
Pros: Great value for money! Quite location. Nice host.
Pros: Nice outside searing with barbecue. All well done with eye for detail.
Pros: The best place in the town of Elkhovo! The hosts are really kind and helpful. They gave us more than expected, we even got some veggies directly from their garden, we could use the swimming pool... etc. The beds are really comfy. Highly recommended!

Pros: The manager always ready for help.
Cons: The staff is wonderful and very helpful
Cons: First and very bad experience when you arrive at hotel after long custom queue and there's nobody at reception. After waiting and calling is coming a lady which doesn't speak english, Russian, italian, german(I think only bulgarian). She's saying that no free rooms and I have to cancel booking, but she can give me other room after cancelation for higher price. She's checking booking number in computer and I saw with my eyes that email wasn't opened. So what's the reason to do reservation through booking if they say that they don't care. Of course guests will agree for every price because there's no other hotel in that city and it's late night. This hotel doesn't worth this money, shower is horrible just on the top of the toilet and it's not separated by some courtain. I saw many hotels in my life, but something like this first time. Maybe because is the only hotel in this city, but the bathroom was surprise for me.
Pros: Very clean and comfortable, we had a great stay and will definitely stay again..
Cons: Having to pay extra for breakfast
Pros: -in the center of the city -very good restaurant ( and not very expensive)
Cons: -the bathroom is looking very old
Pros: Spent the night whilst hunting for properties in the region. This is a great hotel and I would recommend it.
Pros: I liked the traditional bulgarian breakfast the bed was comfy
Cons: check in process was difficult as I arrived a few days early to pay for the room, I had to pay both card and cash and was charged for coffee at breakfast

Pros: The beds were comfortable, parking on site.
Cons: Don't think we had an apartment as we requested, more like 2 very large rooms with a strange ladder type steps thing between them, okay going up but should have had a handrail to get down. The rooms were not equipped at all with the items stated, no hairdryer, iron, bathrobe, washing machine, tumble drier, private entrance or patio unless you wanted to leave the apartment and go up a flight of stairs to get outside. I always book apartments where possible as we like the privacy and being able to cook for ourselves if we want to, didn't have much choice as there were no utensils of any kind. Nobody there spoke English, they were very pleasant though and we got by with sign language of sorts. My husband had phoned a couple of days earlier to ask if there was definitely a fridge there and was told there was. Think it had been borrowed from a spare room somewhere and put there as it hadn't been cleaned at all, really grubby as was the shower, black gunge all round the edges. I appreciate the fact that maybe the Season hadn't started for them but why rent somewhere if it isn't fit for purpose. We were the only people there, so no restaurant (other than breakfast), sauna, fitness etc. Very disappointed and I was very thankful that we changed the booking from the original 2 weeks to just 1.
Pros: Friendly staff , helpful, excellent food and service, the bed not the best, but it was my choice
Pros: Great staff. Very clean. Nice room. Our dog was made very welcome! Free parking. Central location.
Cons: Shower not very good. No extra toilet roll. Breakfast was OK but only given one small black coffee. No juice or different drinks offered.
Pros: The bedding was clean. No mould on the sheeets
Cons: The bathroom stank. There was black mould on the walls and door, grime around the toilet, lumps of dried excrement on the toilet brush and even the handle. Several surfaces in the room had thick layers of dust. -------- When I tried to complain, staff spoke 'no English'. After 3 days, I finally got hold of a woman who seemed to be the manager... and she considered the state of the roon normal. "A woman cleans all rooms - what do you want?" She didn't even apologise. Eventually, she offered to move me to a different room, but that would be 'cleaned' by the same woman. ------ I wish staff would spend less time twisting towels into fancy shapes and more time cleaning.-------------- The room and facilities described on booking.com aren't matched by reality. There are many misdescriptions. E.g. 'we speak English' and 'all rooms have access to a patio' are false. There are also many extra charges for services not marked as extra charge on booking.com. In the folder where other hotels provide useful information about the locality and the facilities, I found a list of charges I would have to pay if I damaged anything - from light switches to pillow cases - so I spent my first hour checking all the light switches and such, lest I got charged for them. I found the inventory didn't even match the reality of the roon, so I wonder if they make their money by charging guests for 'vanished' items. ----- After three nights, I escaped. A local friend helped me book into another (clean!) hotel in the town. ---- Normally hotels in Bulgaria are spotlessly clean. I've stayed in many hotels, hostels and guest houses, and all of them were spotless. Only this place is grimy.
Pros: The room was good.
Cons: I didn't like settling down to sleep at 11.30 to be woken up by guests arriving at 12.00, particularly as someone, possibly the receptionist was wearing high heels which were loud on the hard floors. I then heard the receptionist and a man talking very loudly and again the high heels. by 1.00 or later not being able to get to sleep for the continuous noise I went downstairs and found the receptionist talking to another guest, an elderly man, across the lobby where he was sitting smoking and drinking coffee and watching tv. I was very cross and asked them to stop making such a noise to which the receptionist said she had to talk loudly because he was deaf. Eventually they did stop talking. The next day I told the owner and she said this man does this every night because he can't smoke in his room. I said this wasn't fair on other guests but she just said it was a matter of choice.
Pros: nice room, no nice smell, who knows who hosted before, very nice receptionist, parking in the yard. For one night accommodation in transit to Turkey is ok!

Cons: The fact is that the towels and sheets were clean, but otherwise the place could have been much tidier. We experience some sort of emergency and ended up not having electricity the whole night and morning. This resulted in terrible heat and no AC.
