I chose it for its location right off 95 and because they accept pets.
The hotel was immaculate, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating! The breakfast was wonderful!
This guest did not leave comments about this hotel.
We got there early but they had a room for us anyway. The desk woman was very accommodating.
Price is a bit high
Entire staff was polite. Not one sour apple.
Limited breakfast selection for healthier choices. No yogurt. Inoperable phone due to No phone cord limited communications and increased safety risks. Finding anonymous strands of hair. Too pricey for just a one night stay
Clean, updated facility.Choices of Breakfast items (cereal, fruit) made up for the prepared foods that we put on our plates but couldn't eat due to taste and texture.
Some of the Continental Breakfast items were not editable and thrown out.-The scrambled eggs were gritty (powder based?)- the cranberry bread was horrible and spit out- the French toast was actually toughWe went down at 7am.
I really enjoyed the fact that after driving for 7 hours and pulling in at 1:30 am with an infant that the hotel was overbooked and I had to make my own accommodations. I'm more angry now having received this survey.
the fact that I had a confirmed reservation and was told no room. We were tired, unpacked the car, woke our child, hoping to have her back asleep in 10 minutes or so.Instead she was confused by the time we made our own arrangements and was awake until 3am
Very good in all areas, including breakfast.
I enjoyed the morning breakfast and the clean environment.
There were multiple issues with the reservation even though everything was paid in full.
Close to 95 and breakfast buffet.
Prefer restaurant with bar for evening dinner.
It is right off highway, near gas stations, restaurants, the rooms are clean and comfortable.
Clean and friendly
Needed to use the back door for the dog - felt unsafe at night due to area.
Staff very courteous and helpful, good free breakfast, comfortable bed and the facility was very clean.
When we first entered the room, it smelled like a smoking room. Contacted the front desk and was told it was a non-smoking hotel. House-keeping came to room immediately and offered to deodorize the room or give us another room. Odor came from heater.
My room was a big clean and the staff it was around everything
Everything was good
Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds, clean rooms. Breakfast was very scarce; by 8.30 am there was almost nothing to choose.
This hotel was so clean. Rooms were great, beds were comfortable. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. We are staying there again this year.
It was easy to find. Restaurants nearby. Very clean. King size beds very comfortable. Pull out sofa bed not so much. Breakfast buffet good but very crowded. although you have no control over that. Will definately stay again.
We were traveling back to Maryland from Florida with a puppy. I was searching for hotels to stay on-line, and this hotel caught my eye. It seems this was the only hotel in the area that accepted pets and had a good review, so we took a chance. It ended up being a good chance, and we enjoyed our visit. The rooms were very clean, and the beds so comfy. My children even commented on the beds, and did not want to get up the next morning to leave because they were so comfortable.
We have stayed at many hotels via the internet. This was a very pleasant surprise. From the quick check in, clean and comfortable room to the excellent breakfast...excellent!
We've stopped her a couple of times. The facilities are great and the folks are very accommodating. 5th floor room for those with dogs..elevator was a new experience for ours. Breakfast is fine; but we wish they would list carryout restaurants for dinner.
