It has potential
I liked the lobby the restrooms the restaurant the pools the gym and in general the room Prices were moderately fair.
August 9 ,2017. First, the playground is broken dilapidated and somewhat dangerous. The teeter todder is made of wood that is not finished or Glazed- it caused my wife to get a splinter on her butt. At the end of the tallest twist slide there was damage to the plastic tunnel that could lead to a cut. The end of the slide was also too high from the sand floor - could cause injury. The restaurant food was great. But the leather chairs were ripped and faded. There was also visible signs of wear and breakage on the tiles that outline the bottom of waiter stations in the middle of the dining area. While at the bar, I noticed the stools were too high for the bar - in all fairness- the bartender said the new chairs -with the appropriate height for the bar-were on order. In our room, 610, the 1/2 restroom door opened inward. Therefore it was hard to close the door while inside the restroom. CAUTION: I hit my toe twice on the door stopper located in front of the toilet. Use caution if using the toilet in the middle of the night. I called the front desk for luggage service at checkout time. Bellboy never showed up!
My first time at your hotel.
The marina and bay view. The morning breakfast. Courteous, friendly, and helpful staff. Close to the wine country.
I can't really complain, but I would have liked to have been able to dance. That would have made it perfect.
The hotel itself is nice. A little dated but clean and with character. The parking seemed very safe. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were perfect this time of the year. room was large
Ice machines were all off and when I ordered some from room service it never showed up. My overall experience is that it wasn't worth the price tag.
The indoor pool and spa were not open
Large balcony faces ocean & marina. Staff very helpful & pleasant. Parking was included which was great.
Sign for hotel is kind of hidden by palm tree so the first time it was a little hard to find. Suggest better sign & better address for GPS
