8.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable beds and rooms. Nice and quiet.
Cons: It’s an older hotel, could use some updating. Room had a funky smell, not horrible but you definitely noticed it when you first walked into the room.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The beds were comfortable. Hotel clean.
Cons: Sink not in the bathroom.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and clean.
Cons: Fan in bathroom extra loud.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The friendliness of all the staff!
4.5 Okay
Pros: Unfortunately, it's nicer than the other hotels in Ephrata. The staff was friendly and helpful, but that just can't make up for the noise. The hot tub and pool seem to be in good condition and were pleasant.
Cons: Hearing the sound of the electric razor in the next room. Dirty carpets. Being woke up every morning by a bunch of either linemen or railroad workers between 4:30 and 6:30 a.m. It sounded like they were warming up for the day by pounding railroad spikes through the walls and doors. Out back one morning was a tractor loading a dump truck, so just when the workers finished pounding spikes in the walls, the tractor started up (in case you thought you could still get a minute of sleep).
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very clean an appointed room
Cons: Pool was out of commission
6.8 Good
Pros: The staff was very friendly. Helpful
Cons: One of the main reasons that i reserved this particular hot was that there was a pool gor my kids to swim in to pass some of the down time. With the pool being down, they were not happy.
7.5 Good
Cons: Facility is aging. Pool was closed for repairs, It’s time to replace the mattresses. Painful sleep. With that said it’s very clean, linens are nice and are very clean, bathroom products are very high quality. Staff are very nice.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, nice new comfortable beds and thick warm bedding, great A/C. Would definately stay here again.
Cons: Needs better blackout curtains. Typical average breakfast.

4.5 Okay
Pros: - Price - Staff was nice enough - Late checkout - Seems VERY geared towards 'Extended Stay'

7.5 Good
Pros: Staff was friendly. Reservation was honored. Large tv.
Cons: Ants in the bathroom. Poor lighting, just two table lamps. Cable not installed onto tv. Hard bed. Could not adjust A/C. Should have paid half as much.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: The room was way overpriced and looked like it was modeled in the 70’s. The bed was stiff as a board and old. The breakfast was just boxes of cereal and packets of oatmeal. Was not happy at all.
Cons: Look above
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Had a wonderful stay here after our concert! Very clean and friendly staff
7.5 Good
Pros: Just needed a place to spend the night. Motel was adequate for the money. Didn't eat breakfast as we were meeting friends for breakfast at a restaurant.
Cons: No counter space in bathroom. Did check out choices for breakfast and there weren't many.
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: It was not worth the money that we got charged it should only be around $65 for a place like that and that's high
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We didn't eat the breakfast. Liked the king size bed, the sofa, the staff and the TV.
Cons: The water pressure in the shower was way too hard. It actually hurt when it hit your skin. Had only one small wastebasket. That we didn't have a list of the TV channels.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: The air conditioner worked well and the location is only 40 minutes from the Gorge.
Cons: The shower lost pressure when other people in rooms around us used the water. The mattresses were only 4-6 deep. There were ants and flies EVERYWHERE in the hotel. Even after we asked the staff to have our room cleaned and sprayed for ants, they were crawling all over our things and in the microwave. The staff members were glassy eyed and didn't really speak English so instead of trying to help you, they tried to avoid you. We were only able to have one key per room and the locks were ancient. There weren't any plug in outlets in the bathroom.
6.8 Good
Pros: It was a Saturday night and it was quiet. I think the owner makes sure who he rents rooms to and would not hesitate to intervene if people are noisy and disturbing others.
Cons: It was a small room and seemed over-priced.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Easy to locate Easy to book on booking.com
Cons: It felt dirty No electrical outlets that worked in the bathroom Not enough electrical outlets for c-pap and cell phone The rooms were to small for the beds....could not move around in the room No paper on restaurants in the area or on the tv channels which were messed up Felt like not a very safe area of town

4.5 Okay
Pros: The only thing we liked was the bed in our room, which had clean (perhaps new) sheets.
Cons: It appeared as though this hotel had recently changed from Knights Inn to a Roadway Inn. The exterior and interior needs serious cleaning, painting and updating. Additionally, I was told on the phone that my credit card would not be charged. But, once I arrived, I found it had been charged anyway.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean with helpful staff, no issues. Much better than tent camping at the gorge while we went to our music festival. Nothing fancy but had everything we needed.
1.0 Poor
Pros: The staff was helpful when you could find them.
Cons: We checked in and room had food in frig but found out it was the maids food. Then had to request the room to be vacuumed. Very worn down and smelly. TV was hard to work and room safe did not work. No mattress pad just sheets which were old. never again.
5.8 Okay
Pros: no breakfast, just coffee
Cons: it seems as though they also rent by maybe the month to people who live in the area, the place really needs a lot of repair
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: n/a
Cons: Ice machine broke, remote for tv broke, walls dirty, fridge door off hinges and floors were dirty.
1.0 Poor
Cons: Total trash hotel. Cable TV did not work, light fixtures didn't have covers and some no bulbs. Shower curtain falling off wall. Place needs to be totally remodeled.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Convenience and price.
Cons: Shower constantly leaked and mold built up as result. Heater/AC unit not working. Spiders in room. Bathroom fan did not work. Pool advertised was not usable. Super cheap room and great location but do not expect too much.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: The picture must be very old. The place was run down. There were flea's in the room and the pool was closed.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Liked the cost
Cons: The exterior grounds on the property where not as shown online. Alot more clutter and indoor chairs outside the doors. Felt like an apartment building not a hotel. There were several dogs running around the peoperty as well. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable.
4.5 Okay
Pros: It was located close to freeway.
Cons: The pool was not filled, the floors in the room were very dirty and the air conditioner was SO LOUD! And not enough outlets in room.
6.3 Good
Pros: the room was clean
Cons: obstacles in walking to the room and parking sucked
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: not a single thing.
Cons: old, dirty, loud. Smelled like marijuana. Should have closed during renovations.
