No reception present at night. Uncomfortable mattress. Not far from the main station. No hot drink facilities in room. The smell of the rooms were putrid and the bed was very uncomfortable. I would prefer blackout curtains. The room wasn't warm enough. Breakfast room was too small for so many guests and people kept getting in each other's way. Pillows were very flat. We had to do electronic checking. Not the easiest. No place to stop the car and unload luggage. Breakfast not nice. We felt in a minimalistic hotel, cost-savings everywhere. Not pleasant. No "Kleenex" in the bedroom. Parking was a walk away from hotel; tough with kids and bags. Breakfast area was small and the choice not so great. I missed a watercooker. The staffs were really not friendly. The room was not cleaned correctly. The people at the reception couldn't speak English. No blanket cover on the blankets. Pillows were not very comfortable. BREAKFAST ROOM MUCH TOO SMALL, CHAOTIC RUSH HOUR AT 9.00. self-check in. Very poor breakfast. Room ventilation was poor. Probably the breakfast rate. It is 10.50€ for a person but they offer just bread, egg, cereals and coffee with some ham and cheese. These things can also be easily bought from a store nearby for much less. The wall of the room that can clearly hear the room next door is loud. Breakfast!! Please put a couple of paper cups in the toilet. My big complaint was the breakfast. I understand when a place is packed getting breakfast to a little tough but the Hotel knows when it happens and should be prepared usually buying a second coffee machine would help. rooms were smelly and also pillows smelled like they should be washed. apart from that it was pretty clean. single bed was extremely uncomfortable. mattress was totally worn out on both single beds in the room. Ground floor rooms very noisy with a bar just around the corner. breakfast was extremely basic for €10.50. Self-checkin was a bit challenging. Size of room. We weren't allowed to leave our luggage after checking out, because the reception was closing till the evening - so it's not a 24h reception. Twin beds were very small, like for kids. No warm meal at breakfast (only boiled eggs). Conflicting information on start of breakfast resulted in people lining up in front of a closed breakfast area.
