I’ve stayed there twice since it has opened and both times the pool has been closed for maintenance. I don’t think they have even opened once since opening this remodeled hotel.

Nice location, but underwhelming
The Hilton is located in a great place, is clean, and is much nicer than your average motel.
The service at the restaurant is terrible. The food is okay. The room is just better than okay. We are Hilton honors members and shouldn't have had to pay for parking, but after we left our emailed bill said we were charged. I guess I get to make that call later.

Nice place but disappointed with Hilton/Staff
It is located at almost the center of downtown and you can simply walk to almost anything. The standard king size room I was given was nice and clean as well.
I am fine with almost everything except with how Hilton and the staff handled my situation with the room. I originally booked the King Executive Jr suite. However, when I got there, they said there was a problem with the toilet in the room that they sold it to me. As a result, I was only given the choice of a double queen room or a standard King size room. I asked about other King exec suites but they said they cannot change to others. I then asked about the big price difference between the available rooms and if I can be compensated or refunded in anyway. They said they can't refund and they simply gave me a coupon (worth 35 dollars total for 2 people) for breakfast and free parking that is worth like 20 dollars. I was then put into a stand King room. Totally a joke. Super disappointed on how they dealt with my situation.

About
Overview
Rekindle the spirit of your alma mater at the smartest place to stay in town. Prominently located on 6th Avenue, Graduate Eugene is next door to the Hult Center and just a hop from the University of Oregon campus.
In guestrooms, it’s greens and Greeks, with elements that celebrate Oregon’s lush landscapes, Pacific Northwest heritage and the school’s famed track and field program. A custom waffle-iron pays homage to a certain Eugene-founded company, while odes to the fleet-footed run around a Grecian urn. Original art pieces inspired by notable Ducks and the college classic Animal House fill the walls. In the lobby, sculpted concrete mingles with layers of warm textures for a 70s-inspired hangout.
Morning or late night, Poindexter Coffee serves up our signature breakfast sandwiches and café favorites alongside caffeinated creations. Our pop-up outdoor beer garden is the perfect meetup for gameday tailgates.
So whether you’re in town rallying for a Ducks win, exploring the local food and brew scene or stopping by on your way to the beach or mountains, we’re here to make your stay memorable. Our warm, friendly and whip-smart staff will guide you around Eugene, so that you feel like a local even if it’s your first time in town.
