I was in huber heights at a wedding party. I am originally from Mobile, AL. My family and friends live in huber heights. We decided to stay here at this hotel. I really like this hotel. I think its been recently remodeled and rooms are very nice. beds are new and very comfortable. and there breakfast was also pretty nice. Front desk clerk was very help full. If I come to this area again I would stay at this hotel again.
The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was small for today's standards and the beds were outdated and sagged in the middle. The breakfast was great and had a good variety to choose from. The hotel was difficult to find at first, even using a GPS. I actually had to stop at a local restaurant to ask directions. ( It is behind the Gas station on the hill). Overall an average hotel with a need for some room updating, but, I would stay there again .
Front Desk staff was very helpfull. pool is very nice, its located near all shoping areas and nice restaurnt. I will stay here again for sure. they have nice business center. nice breakfast. \nSimply the best.
Very happy with this hotel and would stay again. Nice breakfast bar. Pool and hot tub clean and plenty of towels for swimming. Easy access from highway.
will i stay here...the frist room we got was verey much so in need of some dusting and smelled like mildew and had no hot water so we moved to a anthoer room wich was much cleaner but the bed liked as if some one had laid on top of it
Stayed at this hotel due to an early morning flight. Bed was extremely comfortable. Down falls: it was winter time and parking lot was icy, also the hallway and stairs leading from outside here dark and dingy. Met the purpose of the stay, but would not want to stay multiple days.
Can't say there was anything outstandingly good OR bad about this hotel. Just an average hotel.
The location is easy to find, however I think only a couple others stayed the night we did. The room was average, bed was old and not very comfortable. My wash cloth shredded when I tried to squeeze the water out. I think they should not advertise breakfast, I could find no utensils for the waffle, I did not want to eat with my fingers...so we did not eat at this establishment. I would not stay again.
The hotel was fine except for the breakfast. The food was old and not edible. So it was a good value for the price, but plan on getting breakfast at one of the restaurants that are close to the hotel. There is a Waffle House, Big Boy, and Bob Evans.
Stayed back in October of 2009. Great room and location for the money. Rooms are clean and updated, hotel staff friendly. Will be staying again in February 2010
With this the great price came some short falls. The room we got was not very clean. It needed dusting and it looked like the bathroom wasn't tended to. The shampoo bottle was half used and only one clean large towel. Other then that, the staff was very pleasant and the breakfast was great.
The location The television in my room was not working. Room 226. I didn't try the television until I got back and was getting ready for bed. It was very disappointing.
That the crackhead didn't bother guest Flophouse. Shelter.
even though it one star ever body is so nice and the rooms was clean and internet worked and the locating is so great right buy walmart aswell.
We couldn't take the first room because it smelled so bad. They did switch us to a different room with no hassle. The smell in the second room was better, but could have used some febreeze. The room smelled of mildew and bleach. The Mattresses on both beds sagged in the middle before we even sat down. The shower was gross. The fire alarm was beeping, when I complained they said oh yeah a lot of them do that. I disconnected it and discovered it didn't have a battery at all.
That the management was very friendly and helpful and willing to wrk with us on rebook in and rates. That they don't have WiFi, there free breakfast was some packaged donuts and coffee. The room is pretty small.
The desk attended was very nice and friendly it was a great location. The one lady that rush me to check out she was a laundry lady.
It was convenient to several good restaurants, and the bus stop. Because of the Dayton Hamvention, complimentary breakfast was served on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I made my reservation and *paid for the room* on January 16th, when I arrived on May 19th they had lost my reservation. It took over two hours and another charge on my Visa to get into a room.
Location Very small. No clock radio. Air conditioning did not work. Sketchy people everywhere and not the friendliest staff. They don't even have a pop machine -_- not a great experience
The location I didn't l the fact that violate your privacy by giving your info to local cops!
It was a decent price for the amount of time that I needed to stay. The room was smaller and different than the rooms in the pictures, there were stains on the covers on the bed, the air conditioner was off to everyone even though it was advertised in the description, there was a bug in the shower, the bathroom was dirty.
Clean, reasonable price Not much selection of breakfast
Staff was very unhelpful when I mistakenly booked the wrong date. When I called to ask for help in changing the date, they refused to allow me to. This was a non-refundable booking and I ended up paying for a night that I did not use. Buyer Beware!
Nothing Faulty lights, blocked drains, room not ready at 4pm no coffee,no Kleenex tissues, breakfast was coffee and cereal,no toast or muffins, had to ask for water for tea, only 1 teabag, bed not made when we returned at night,no visible ice machine. Bathroom dirty.
It was close to the interstate and allowed easy access to the attractions that we were there to see. Right next to a busy commercial traffic road. Tractor trailers and 7 axle dump trucks running up and down road 24 hours a day less than 100 feet from room. If you are a lite sleeper stay elsewhere.
Comfortable bed; quiet enough. I slept well. No towels supplied; strange billing practice; unpleasant neighborhood.
Was close to my travel destination. The bed spread and carpet were very dirty. When I asked for extra towels I was told I could only have 2 more - there were a total of 4 skimpy towels and 2 washcloths. Staff refused to make coffee at 8:45 - breakfast is over at 9. Breakfast was terrible.
Fair pricing Hotel Could use updates.
Staff was rude and the room was dirty the shower was horrible leaking from the ceiling inside the shower
It's location isn't far from things. The tv's were old, the cleaning crew didn't do well, it was hard getting in the room and the staff wasn't friendly.
Location was very convenient. Staff rude and not accommodating. Room physically was in a state of disrepair. Found used washcloth and long hair in tub. Toilet not flushed. Black mold on refrigerator door rubber seal. Carpet filthy worn dirt and mold. Continental breakfast was bad.

Arrived to room and the water was shut off. Lights on wall did not work. Pillow sheets were dirty and lipstick on them. Found cigarette but on floor. Microwave dirty. In morning hot water did not work. Overall dirty experience.
First off let me state that we are real customers, not a shill for the hotel. The price was good, and the sheets appeared to be freshly washed. The beds were comfortable & room was generally clean, but a bit run down. Setting was quiet, and the desk clerk was a friendly character. Plenty of hot water, and generally quiet. Location is close to a handful of local & chain restaurants - Xenia is not a large town. Overall opinion: A little sprucing up and a few repairs would go a long way to upgrade this property. Potential to be a very nice local stay. I had hoped for more - more what? Well, the room was supposed to be non-smoking but it reeked of cigarettes (plus some sort of putrid freshener to try and cover it) and had burn marks along the edge of the tub as a testimony. Entry door and latch were sloppy lending no sense of security, and had the weather been cold would have been quite drafty. Shower enclosure had been crudely patched with some sort of epoxy, and the counter space around the sink did not instill a sense of cleanliness. Chunks of ceiling texture were missing with no attempt to repair. No spare blanket, had to strip from the other bed. Day to day cleaning appeared to be good, but longer term repairs and maintenance were poor to absent. Continental breakfast was a bad joke; coffee plus your choice of stale cereals in bulk dispensers, in the 8x8 lobby with 2 tiny tables. I was told at check-in that bagels would also be available in the morning - we skipped this part.
We confirmed our room a month prior and luckily I walked in when i did because they were going to rent out my room to the lady in front of me. And we had a hole in the dirty shower wall
