Staff was quickly accomodating. Price was right for last minute stay. We stay where they serve breakfast and have a cozy lobby, pool and other amenities.

Quite location but still close to the highway. Comfortable bed. The selection of hot food for breakfast was very limited.
The staff was great,very friendly. The pool was nice too. The fire alarm went off five times in one night which caused us not to get a good nights sleep.
Dying beetle in bathroom, lack of towels and coffee refills on day two. Towel replacement was due to power outage yet once corrected, towels at the door would have been appropriate the next morning.
Very comfortable. Breakfast is great. Close to the air force museum. Has all the cooking equipment. My wife found some stains at the bathroom corner floor.

Location, and cleanliness
The apartment setting and Welcome Home Reception were among my favorite features. The breakfast was also good for being free. I found the access to parking easy due to the separate entrances to the suites around the grounds. Although they didn't have real wood in the fireplace, I was glad to see they had Duraflame style log to burn. I lit it on a rainy night and had a nice fire for several hours.

The staff was absolutly outstanding!! (Hotel Employee) at the front desk is a assset tp youra a an assett to your hotal. We were treated as if we were VIP'S!Rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. the tv in our bedroom didnt work, we called down and told the front desk however they said the maintness man was gone for the night.
Disappointed to find no firewood in our 'Fireplace suite' - front desk clueless as to where wood is stored/supplied from.\n\nTurns out that was minor issue. Went to sleep in bed (very comfortable), awoke next morning with multiple insect bites - all in body areas that were under the covers.\n\nWe have spent numerous nights in various hotels, but this is the first time we have encountered this. My advice - STAY AWAY!
could not get into my room until 45 minutes after published check-in time, as room was not cleaned.
The room was amazing! It was very clean, the staff was wonderful, and the location was perfect. We have definitely found the hotel we will be staying at in the future!

The staff were very pleasant. It was a great value for me and my kids. Breakfast and evening food were great. Popcorn in the afternoon was an unexpected bonus!

Location was convenient for early morning flight. My son had a flight as an unaccompanied minor and the extra time needed for paperwork is understandable but it was a 6am flight. There wasn't anything out for breakfast before we left because of the early flight. Additionally, they closed the pool precisely at 10p. They cited security reasons for the promptness but it sounds a bit unnecessary. We weren't able to take part in any of the 'added conveniences' due to our circumstances.
Everything was Nice. It's older but doesn't show it's wear. I didn't have a single complaint except that the front desk process was a little slower than normal. The lady took every bit of info from my licence and wasn't apologetic about the amount of time it took. I got the feeling she didn't trust me. As someone who lives in hotels 50% of the year, I like it when they treat me as if they're happy to have my business. I would stay here again.
For the most part Hampton Inns are upscale, and clean. Parking is easy to find, and the hotel was easy to locate. I asked the front desk clerk for a change from a queen bed to a king. He said he had two queen beds available, which I accepted, and then was told, he didn't have them!? We ended up in a handicap room which had little furniture, and the bathroom was showing signs of wear. NOT my best stay with in a Hampton Inn. Also, there were no water bottles in my room.
I really liked how spacious the room was, the beds were very comfortable, it was clean and the bathroom was a good size. The employees were great and breakfast was good. The only bad thing was the music from the bar/building in front of the hotel was pretty loud...luck for me the fan/air conditioner tuned it out. One more thing I noticed was the sofa bed looked like it was aging (we didn't use it so I don't know if it was comfortable or not).
Decor was warm and inviting. Staff members (from Desk to Cleaning Crew) were pleasant and professional.
I felt it was a good value for the money. The room was clean and comfortable. It was also nice to have a refrigerator in the room.

Staff went above and beyond to a do good deed for me out of the kindness of their heart.
The location was perfect for New Year's Eve as the hotel was centrally located near the bars downtown and the room was quite large. The furniture was starting to look outdated and light switches were everywhere rather than near the door. Parking was also a bit confusing as it was across the street at the convention center. The staff was very friendly; however, I was charged twice for the room and it took 14 days to resolve this issue.
Very friendly staff and room was great. Parking is a difficulty as the complimentary is hard to find and the valet is expensive.
The staff was responsive to taking care of problems. But, they should not have occurred in the first place. Upon arrival either kayak or the hotel had lost our reservation fortunately I had a copy of the confirmation. When we arrived in the room the room appeared to be acceptable after turning down the bed I discovered the sheets had not been changed from the previous occupant this is something I find completely unacceptable. To their credit the staff did changes to another room

The entire hotel was run down and dirty. Our bed sheets were stained and everything seemed to have a layer of dust on it. Also the air conditioning would not work and the room was very hot. We would never suggest anyone to stay there. Definitely not a 3 star hotel!
We were on the third floor in the corner. It was nice and quiet and didn't hear the highway traffic. Breakfast of eggs and sausage plus more was good. There wasn't enough seating area for breakfast.
The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I didn't like having my name on the receipt with a different credit card number and an unknown address. It turns out that because I made the reservation online, the credit card number and address were from Priceline.
The full kitchen, the pullout couch, more than just a hotel room, excellent lighting, a balcony or patio with appropriate doors, plenty of closet and cupboard space, the dishes, glassware and utensils that were provided. A fully functioning fireplace. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The next visit I will be more prepared to make full use of the facilities. The balcony was small. The carpet seams were rough. Water temperature was hard to adjust on all of the faucets. The stairs were rotting. They were fuzzy due to lack of direct sunlight.

Wonderful location, helpful staff and great complimentary breakfast. Our room was in need of an update. and deep cleaning. Furniture was worn and soiled, and mattress was very bad on the fold-out sleeper sofa and needed new/newer linens.
Room was very clean Staff friendly & helpfull Bathroom sink was clogged and we could not use it the entire time we were there. (3 days) Carpet needs replaced was torn in several places and outdated. Rooms are outdated and in need of an upgrade.
This is a run down, dirty place. The beds were sagging, the carpet dirty, the furnishings old, the shower rod broken - This is at best a 2 start and really a one star. The parking is horrible with a long walk outdoors to building 5 where my room was. Please take this off your 3 star rating.

Best one I have been too in the US -parking lot was pretty packed with large trucks -carpeting in room was coming up in spots and looked as if it was in place since the 90's -Water fixtures in shower need maintenance (pressure/flow) - No way to adjust heat (bring extra blanket) - Stove dirty and busted up
I appreciated not seeing any bugs in the place. Everything else was absolutely horrid. We have a toddler traveling with us. The only areas we could allow him to play were on the bed and on the coffee table. Everything else was disgusting. Literally, the entire sofa was sticky to the touch. The carpet was sticky, we kept our shoes on at all times. A brand new pair of socks our son had on in the room were dark brown within the couple of hours we were in there. The closet had water damage/stains in the ceiling, highlighted by cobwebs. The glasses in the cabinet still had lipstick stains from previous guests. The toilet is not securely bolted to the floor, so it bangs the wall when you stand. You truly get what you pay for. We left a day early, let them keep the charges for that day (obviously they needed it more than we do, hopefully they put it to good use) and found a hotel for about $30 more. We wanted at least one comfortable night. Apparently they serve breakfast for the guests...after seeing the room I would not dare put their food in my mouth.
Stayed here when running me Air Force Marathon. Hotel allowed for a late checkout so I could get back and shower before I headed back home and had early food grab bags for the runners. Very pleased I booked his hotel.
It was safe, clean being updated. No lounge or dining on site. Coffee was horrible. Selection for breakfast was limited. No lids for coffee. Seems like they are a subsidized facility, no hustle or urgency to serve the customer.
Provided everything we needed including fridge and microwave. The room didn't have either one when we arrived, but they had both in there before we could unload the luggage. Cleaning employees did a wonderful job of keeping everything clean and fresh. Bed was very comfortable, and it was quiet, slept very well. It had a very large air conditioner, and did a great job keeping the room cool, I had to turn it down it worked so well. We will stay again here. They also have a bar next door that provides food and drink so you don't have to leave the hotel if you don't want to. Prices are good on the food also. The bathroom could of used a exhaust fan, I saw a grill up by the ceiling that looked like a fan, but never heard anything running. Also the room didn't have a phone because they said the phone line in the wall was bad. No deal breakers on either issue.
Nice staff. Decent price Needs a renovation immediately. Old, outdated, and dirty. Nothing aesthetically appealing.

Staff was very friendly and always answered with a smile. Seemed old and outdated. The door lock for my key card required a special jiggle to open after hr key was inserted. The room was clean but was outdated.
Staff Room smells really bad although i took "100% Smoke Free"
Proximity to airport and restaurants. Staff seemed a bit lost. Room smelled dirty and moldy. Comforter was stained. Gnats and flies in the room. Stained counter top beside sink. Numerous light bulbs were shot.

Right off the interstate. Plenty of restaurants and stores near by. Room was dated, but clean. Lots of shady looking people hanging outside there rooms drinking into the night.. DID NOT FEEL SAFE!!! After normal business hrs front desk has to buzz you in to the lobby like a prison. Booked on Kayak, but charged by Red Roof Inn. They did issue a refund, but it takes at least 3 business days to process the refund. I would not stay here again!
Nothing about this hotel was appealing, other than it was cheap. The TV did work as did the shower but not much else went well. This was sold as a non-smoking room, it clearly was not. The room stunk of cigarette smoke and it was everywhere. The walls even smelled of smoke. The manager was not willing to do anything about it other than offer 15% off our next stay. That is useless as we do not intend on using a Red Roof Inn again.
Room was fairly clean, good TV, clock radio worked ok, shower was good. They gave us a handicapped unit (which we didn't ask for) that had virtually no counter space in the bathroom. We had to use the floor. Also, when we arrived at the motel in Dayton, we went to the office to check in at about 6pm on Saturday evening. There was no-one in the office and the door was locked. We had to wait nearly 15 minutes (it was very cold outside) until the clerk showed up. By that time there were three customers waiting to get in. She had been out at one of the units trying to fix the lock mechanism. There was no-one else on duty. If I hadn't already pre-paid for the room on line, I would have left to find another motel. I'm not sure if I'll be back to Red Roof because of it.
