Pros:The location is quite near the airport and it is low cost. Breakfast was fine.
Cons:The condition of the hotel needs more than just a coat of paint.
Pros:It was easy to get to the airport quickly. It served it's purpose.
Cons:It's old, a little run down. The parking lot wasn't cleared of snow, lots of ice and partially cleared spaces. Ramada used to be synonymous with Marriot. Not tthis one!

Cons:Floors creaking, could hear every step taken above our room. Bar ceowd until 1:30am, Dirty. Paint fumes, Smoke smell. We had to change rooms 2 times.

Cons:Too many issues to detai. l I took pictures to send to CEO. Please note I very seldom leave a negative review for any thing. But for $80 this hotel deserved being called out for the mutiple issues. Simply shocked.
Cons:DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Walked into the room and there was a terrible smell! The room had not been swept, the sink was filthy, the shower had hair in it and the curtain was covered in mold, pulled the covers back on the bed and there was hair in the bed! Walked back to the lobby ten minutes after checking in and they refused to give me my money back!
Pros:Rooms were clean and the bed was comfy, close to the airport but pretty far from downtown. Good enough for the price

Cons:Very shabby,and in need of repair and upgrade. No elevator for second floor guests, which was VERY hard for an older guest with luggage. I would not recommend staying here.

Cons:When we arrived, the room wasn't clean, then when it was there was clothes left hanging in bathroom that wasn't ours & said something to girl she apologized, but not once did the manager contact me or anything. Also, asked for an extra pillow & she said we will send one up & never got it. Back in the day, Ramada was a high quality hotel & now it's no where close to that.

Cons:Horrible place to stay. Fitness center with equipment that did not work. Room with missing shower head and had to use another room to take a shower. Rude front desk staff. Very unprofessional appearance. Stay AWAY from this place. Would give it a 0 star if I could
Pros:The property is conveniently located about 5 minutes or less from the airport. It is very close to a shopping mall and a Target & Walmart if you choose to stock your room's mini fridge and save on eating out. There is also a microwave in the room. The room was always clean and perfectly comfortable with a lot of TV channels to choose from. Janelle in the front was tremendously friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I knew if I had any questions or needed anything, that she would be able to assist. I would definitely recommend this for a quick stay in Cleveland!
Cons:It was a little far from downtown and areas that my business was located. However, it is so close to the airport that any driving elsewhere was made up for. I would recommend staying here for a quick layover with the essentials-great complimentary continental breakfast, close proximity to shops, restaurants and stores, a comfortable bed and cozy room.
