Upon arriving, I found a spoon on the floor on the side of the bed closest to window, this mean cleaning staff is not checking floor.

Pros (+) Staff was very friendly, especially the host at the breakfast- he was fantastic. Breakfast buffet was good, my wife said her omelette was the best she has ever had. Suite was comfortable and plenty of room for 4 of us (2 adults, 16 and 12 year old kids). Pool and hot tub were a welcome relaxation after a 15 hour drive. Very conveniently located.

Pros (+) The business reception was a nice break. The food was decent, and the staff was very professional and friendly. The room on the 6th floor was great. Peace and quiet. Never heard anything and slept great.

Pros (+) I was able to visit my fiancé, and we had a romantic weekend together. There were plenty of families there too.
Cons (-) There were some very rough couples staying on our floor that we making a scene in the elevator. Not the hotels fault though.

Pros (+) I really enjoyed staying at the hotel. They have a lot of parking space, they offered free drink vouchers that could be used for what ever type of beverage you wanted. The breakfast is the best I have ever had and the host that greeted us really enjoyed his job and was very friendly and warm along with the rest of the staff. Cons (-) On the weekend we had a loud party next door and could hear everything. But overall great stay and convenient to shops and IMAX.
