Nothing Worse experience ever. The room smelled awful and there was no hot water. The house keeping is awful !!!! I wanted my room to be cleaned at 9am and by the time I got back to the hotel at 3:30 pm my room was not clean and I didnt get fresh towels either. I noticed while passing by another room I saw the housekeeper cleaning a room. I noticed he didn't change the bed sheets!!!! Disgusting!!!! No wonder my boyfriend and I were itching!!!! Those sheets weren't changed!!!!! Massive bed bugs !!!! We were going to stay for 2 nights but forget about it. We left. We will never go back to that place again!!!! Oh and the soap they have in the bathroom??? Terrible. Well we won't be back!!!
