Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guest reviews highlight that the rooms are generally clean and offer good value for the price. Many guests appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the accommodations, as well as the helpfulness of some staff members. However, there are repeated complaints about rude or inconsistent service, especially from security and front desk staff, which negatively impacted the experience for several guests. The location is convenient for some, but the need to walk through the casino and deal with smoke and security checks was a common inconvenience. Noise issues and occasional maintenance problems were also mentioned. Overall, while the hotel provides clean rooms and decent value, improvements in service and guest experience are needed.AI-Generated from customer reviews
