Rooms are clean and spacious. The place is beautiful, clean, loved the breakfast and how convenient it is to take public transportation to go sightseeing. The room is nice and big with a closet and window. The bed is comfy. Helpful and friendly host, nice apartment. Very spacious room with AC. Staff was very good. Especially Gianna. Fine location, easy to walk to the center. Beautiful flat. Very clean. Easy to go to the historical centre of Florence. Large clean room with comfy beds and a cute little kitchen! Lovely windows and lots of natural lighting! Clean room, very clean kitchen and good location. The place was very modern and clean, and the hostess very hospitable. Friendly reception, nice and clean apartment, extensive breakfast. Nice light and spacious room. Everything was perfect. Every instruction whether about the wifi, room, nearby neighborhood. No problem with car parking. The kitchen was not allowed to be used (hot plate) Even when the breakfast was good, the milk was bad (both for the cereal and for the coffee) with no chance to inform the staff because nobody was there. The doors of all the rooms in the apartment had to be almost slammed because they wouldn't shut down otherwise, so that alone made a lot of loud noise in the whole apartment. The windows are pretty difficult to close, a lot of outside street noise coming in the room, especially at night, making sleeping difficult. The bed frame is a lot more outside compared to the mattress so that makes getting out of the bed a bit difficult, plus that it makes a lot of noise when moving in the bed. Not enough outlets, most of them being already used for bedside lamps. The breakfast was typically Italian, full of sweets and pastries. I'm aware that it's in their culture, but I would've preferred a bit more on the savory variety as well. Maybe add some toiletry and towels supports in the bathroom, for easier usage. It’s a little far from downtown Florence but not terrible. Hard to find a parking place. A bit farther from the city center but public transportation is convenient. Not especially easy working out bus routes to and from the city. Not that easy to come back to the hotel from the city center late at night. The brown blanket with white hearts should be washed! Bit noisy from kitchen area and hallway. We reserved a room with a double and a single bed. We were two colleagues and we were not to share the same bed. The host prepared only the double bed and there were no sheets in the room for the single bed so I ended up sleeping in a bed with no sheets and covered myself with my colleague's bed cover. Location is a trek but have accessible transport. Even though the apartment is not close to the major tourist attractions I am sure the public transport will be a good way to reach all the attractions. The owner of the property who checks you in can't speak English well! There is a bad smell in the apartment as well. The location is very far from the center and the buses are not on time at all. Can't pay with a credit card, the location is not the best, only have 1 bathroom for 3 rooms.

If you're a light sleeper, consider requesting a room away from the main road to minimize outside noise.

While the B&B is not in the city center, it's conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easy to access the main attractions in about 20 minutes.

Some guests found the room spacious and well-equipped, but it's advisable to confirm the availability of specific amenities like kitchen usage and toiletry provisions.

As it is a shared apartment, be prepared for some noise from the kitchen area and hallway, and consider bringing earplugs if you're sensitive to noise.

If you're arriving by car, be aware that finding a parking place in the area might be challenging, so plan accordingly.
