Pros: They had a wonderful breakfast room and good selections. The staff kept it well supplied.
Pros: The staff was very friendly & helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast but sadly didn't have time to use the pool.
Cons: The room layout was eye catching but when I had to get up several hours ahead of my husband it was inconvenient. Except for the mirror in the entry way the room was clean & comfortable.
Pros: Nice room, comfortable bed. It was busy, several hockey teams staying, but quiet. Great breakfast selection.
Pros: The staff was great and the room was very clean.
Pros: Location for our specific needs.
Cons: Check-in time for the hotel was 3 PM. We arrived after 3 PM and the room was not ready. I asked if they could assign us another room and they offered a room on the smoking floor, we are non-smokers so that was not acceptable. We had to leave and return.
Pros: Very clean with an excellent staff!
Pros: Very nice hotel. Great pool and hot tub. Loved the waffle bar at breakfast. Hotel was a little out of the way. That was my only complaint.
Pros: Nice staff, quiet
Cons: 11:00 am checkout stinks
Pros: Best Complimentary Breakfast in 30 years hotel business travel
Hamptons are good value for the money. State fair made that week pricier.

Pros: Friendly staff and very clean
Cons: Lumpy, old mattress
Pros: Very clean and service was wonderful!
Pros: Good breakfast selection.
Cons: Woman at front desk was totally unaware about local hiking trails or parks. Wasn't sure if you were able to walk around White Bear Lake.
Pros: Breakfast was awesome.
Cons: Yes the parking was not good, anyone pulling a trailer of any type would not find good parking and not able to turn around with it easy either!!
Pros: food was great, room was awesome.
Pros: Friendly staff.
Pros: The hotel was sparkling clean and very attractive inside. Awesome pool and steamroom. Great breakfast and they even put out snacks in the evening. Fast internet. Fridge and microwave inthe room along with a large tv with extensive channel choices.
Cons: Pillows are filled with chuncky foam. Not very comfortable.
Pros: Front desk staff excellent. Quiet and comfortable rooms.
Pros: Very nice and clean. Good breakfast selections. Rather small hotel, which was nice.
Cons: The two doors into the hotel are not automatic -- pretty awkward with luggage.

Guests can get a morning swim in at the indoor pool, and the spa tub makes for a relaxing end to the day. Rooms feature bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves, along with pillowtop beds and flat-screen TVs.
Cons: Pool not heated. Rudy's uses hand towels instead of of napkins. Ordered a $58 bottle of wine, young man brought it out opened; they need wine training. Hotel decor very dated.
Pros: The pool deck was dirty and smelled.
Cons: The hot tub water was brown.
Pros: Clean, good value for the money.
Cons: Bed pillows were way too thick. I ended up pulling a pile of clothes out of ny suitcase to use as a pillow instead!

Pros: The room was very acomidating, peaceful, nice pool, friendly staff, and great location.
Cons: The ice machines were only at 1 end of the hallway, the soda machine only took cash, and the wallpaper in the hallways were peeling off looked very tacky. The room door you had to make sure you pushed it shut.
Pros: the breakfast was decent.
Cons: i was at centerstone for a 3 day business trip. wifi was spotty at best. the only thing that is worse than no internet connection is inconsistent internet connection. on two of the nights, the guests next door partied well into the night, waking me up. i'm not a light sleeper mind you but, screaming at the tv, screaming at each other and wrestling were enough to wake me up. this inconvenience was very upsetting considering i had an early appointment the first morning and a 6 a.m. flight to catch the last morning. on both nights (early mornings, really), i called the front desk to complain and they promised to send someone up to take care of it. the noise did not stop on either occasion. i understand that the hotel can't control all the guests but, a concerted effort to stop the disturbance would have been appreciated. i won't stay there again.

Cons: We were awoken by the Housekeeping Staff 3 times on our departure day.(9/5/16)At 8:05am by the noise of vacuum cleaners and door knocking.Again at 9:40am from knocks on our door asking if we were checking out soon so they could do the room. And at 11am!!

Pros: The pet rooms are on the first floor near the exits
Cons: Rooms were not what was advertised on the website, were put in non remodeled rooms for the same price as remodeled ones. No maid service and staff was very unpresentable. Hallway smelled like smoke. I do not recommend anyone to stay here!
Pros: Great lakeside location on the corner of Serenity and Relaxation. Close enough to the Cities to feel connected, yet far enough away to escape. The staff was very warm and welcoming adding to the country feel this location offers. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to enjoy some time away from their hectic life.
Pros: Nice bed /pillows.
Cons: Had some sugar ant's in bathroom.
Pros: Room was clean (can't say that for heat/air unit). The location for us was good. Enjoyed the historic aspects of the area.
Cons: It smelled like an older building but that was expected cause it is one. When I turned on the heat, I could not believe the smell and could only imagine why! We had to ask the desk for air freshener, or something. She gave us something to spray and it helped but what about the "stuff" you couldn't see...ugh!
Pros: It was a good value hotel. It was very clean and cozy for the money spent. All the basic amenities were provided.
Cons: The breakfast was lacking a little. There were very few options.

Enjoy your visit to Osceola with a stay at River Valley Inn & Suites. Guests can take a dip in the indoor pool, and the spa tub makes for a relaxing end to the day. Rooms feature bonuses like sofa beds and refrigerators, along with plasma TVs and free WiFi.
Pros: The hotel was clean. The price was good. It was in a good location. It had a pool and there was free breakfast.
Cons: The evening staff could have been more friendly. You know, smile, instead of just demanding things of the guest. 'I need to see your driver's license and credit card.' These are subtle things.
Cons: Parking lot was full of ice and not salted. My husband fell getting out of his truck.
Pros: Breakfast and on-site laundry capabilities. Front desk woman in the evening was always very friendly and accommodating.
Cons: Never received the wake-up call I requested and the hot tub was 'bathtub warmth', which was not conducive to our needs after football camp 10 hours a day and why we selected the hotel from a previous year.
Cons: Yes, Everything. This hotel did NOT Meet my exaltations. The staff were horrible, the breakfast was gross & not hot. The pool was undercostruction, the staff member was VERY rude about it. I will not stay there again.
A room with tax was---, But the motel was a downgrade from any budget motel. Maintenance of the facilities and better trained staff that had an interest in the customer could make it a decent motel. As it is it is a place you are glad to leave.
Pros: Bed was comfortable and room reasonably clean
Cons: All drink vending machines not working. Security lock on room door had been removed. No towels in pool area
Okay for price. Didn't stay long enough for breakfast,so can't comment on that part. Very small bathroom. Comfortable bed.
Pros: Location was right for me.
Cons: Told two different staff people to give me a 4:00 am wake up call but did not receive it. I needed to leave early to catch a plane.
Pros: Location and the service provided. The room was also clean, updated and quiet.
This hotel is far below expectation for an Americinn. We will not stay at this property again, despite it's convenient location for us. One must wonder if Americinn has lowered it's standards for franchisees.
Pros: Location and nothing else.
Cons: A dump, plain and simple. The room smelled like someone had dumped a spittoon in the air conditioner. It was musty and damp. Our clean clothes smelled like that room the rest of the weekend. Breakfast mediocre, pool area needed cleaning.
Pros: The staff was rude. The rooms looked more run down than anywhere i have been. ----bucks and they complained about being broke because people dont want to pay that. He's right when there's bugs in the room, chairs w/no arms..just completely bad
We stayed for one night while in the Twin Cities in April of 2014 for a weekend. We stay in a lot of hotels since we travel a lot, and as we have gotten older, we don't tolerate dumpy hotels and/or poor service like we used to. The AmericInn was really a pleasant surprise. The lobby is very nice, clean, and modern. The free AM breakfast was standard but good. Our room was way above average for a moderatley priced hotel. Overall I was very satisfied and only wish all medium-priced hotels were this nice.
Pros: Very nice lobby, spacious and updated. Our room was very clean and modern. Newer carpet and furniture. The rooms are very quiet solid. Way above what I expected which is not very common anymore. We didn't use the pool or any other amenities.
Pros: the staff where very helpfull
Cons: A A C unit was in poor cond. the whole motel smelled of smoke even so we had a non smoking rm. the hallways and lobby smelled bad
Because of the water problem when taking a shower I can only give 1 star.
Pros: cable TV; refrigerator; coffee maker
Cons: Water backed up in the tub while taking a shower. Water was over my ankles when I was done. That's unacceptable.
AmericInn Lodge & Suites Ham Lake is a great choice for a stay in Ham Lake. Guests can get a morning swim in at the indoor pool, and the spa tub makes for a relaxing end to the day. Rooms feature conveniences like refrigerators and microwaves.
Cons: Yes. There were flying bugs in the room and crawling bugs in the bathroom.
Pros: Right close to i35
Pros: About the only thing good about this hotel is it seemed like the sheets were clean and the bed was comfy.
Cons: If you don't like the smell of cigarette smoke find somewhere else to stay. The entire hotel smells like stale and fresh cigarette smoke. Reserved a No-Smoking room but was surrounded by smoking rooms. Bathrooms are in need of updating and poor drainage.
Pros: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I also liked the hotel's proximity to Taco Bell and other businesses.
Cons: The room felt warn out. The bath tub for instance had significant wear on the bottom that made it slippery.
Pros: Updated rooms
Cons: Confusing entry from road
Cons: Breakfast was unimpressive
