10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is the second time my family has stayed here on our way home to Texas from Pennsylvania, and it wont be the last. John, the manager is amazing. He cares about his guests and is very friendly. i enjoyed chatting with him upon arrival & check out. This hotel is super close to a ton of restaurants and gas stations and it the most reasonably priced hotel within miles.. and ive done tons of research. It(the city) is also populated well with police presence(the police station is close and the officers and ther families frequent the local restaurants) making me feel super safe in an unknown(to me) city. It is tucked away in a corner of the end of a street and both times we have stayed, we have felt safe and it's nice and quiet. All of the people in this city are also very friendly. The beds are super comfortable and that is importsnt to me. AC cools perfectly and rooms are always perfectly clean. I cannot comment on breakfast as both times we have stayed, we have left very early and havent eaten.

7.0 Good
Pros: Staff was great
Cons: Lukewarm hot water Lukewarm is a generous description
7.5 Good
Pros: The bed was pretty comfortable and we were very close to where we were meeting family and friends.
Cons: Looks like they did last minute fire sprinkler installs to come up to code. They left really big holes in the ceiling where the sprinkler heads come out. The drain ran really really slow in tub, so by the time I was half way done with my shower I was standing in 2 inches of water.

4.3 Okay
Cons: It wasn’t very clean
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice size family room with ample parking
Cons: Not much choice for breakfast, no juices for the kids
4.5 Okay
Cons: The room had not been cleaned properly in awhile, there was food and stuff down beside the bed. When we got to the room at 11:00 at night after traveling all day the a/c wasn’t on and hadn’t been on, it was so hot in there. No elevator either, which for us was ok but if we would have been staying longer where we would have had more bags it would have been a issue.
4.3 Okay
Pros: breakfast not edible coffee machine broken
Cons: breakfast,worn furniture
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I was pleasantly impressed with the whole situation the staff room for breakfast it was a good experience
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Breakfast was a joke. Doughnuts, stale cereal and swiss cake rolls???
Cons: Non smoking smelled like smoking and my daughter has asthma.
6.8 Good
Pros: The rooms were good, mostly clean
Cons: I expected a pool but there wasn’t one and that was disappointing. The super 8 by Wyndham I stayed in the night before had a nice indoor pool so I thought this one would as well. The breakfast did not have much of a variety though the waffles were really good
4.5 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was okay I guess, but the area was dirty, some food was served from ziplock type containers. I was expecting some eggs and some kind of meat. It was a little disappointing. The clerk that checked me in at night was very kind and helpful.
Cons: The filthy carpets, the un-swept lobby, breakfast area not cleaned, all outside doors propped open during the day, lights off during the day in the lobby. The first room (first night) was worse than the second one I requested. They didn't have a baby bed, The carpet in room 123 looked like mechanics walked car oil and grease on it. I had to keep my 11 month old on the bed. At the weird place for the hangers, there were about 6 inches between the bed and the wall to the bathroom. At the head of the bed on the left side was an opening for a closet area. The wall in the back had a Large rectangle cut from the sheet- rock to repair plumbing. The top corner was broken and created an eye sore for me and then the baby was startled when he woke up. The bathroom sink splattered really hard, getting everything wet. The toilet didn't want to flush. When I held it down to get it to flush it finally did. Then throughout the night it would come on and fill a little. When I entered the room it was hot and musky. There was two digital clocks, both were unplugged. The refrigerator and microwave were probably form the 80's. They had rust on them and the refrigerator shelves were broken. I didn't want to put the baby's bottles in it. The second room was a little better the carpets were dirty but didn't look as bad. The closet area was the same without the cut sheet-rock. The air conditioning unit looked as if it had lots of dust and dead bugs. I just didn't inspect it close, I didn't want to know. The bathroom sink didn't spray, but it didn't have enough pressure and ran very slow. When it stormed Saturday night, rain was dripping through the window, collecting on the sill above the air conditioner. The front desk was closed with no one at it most of the day. I parked in front of the lobby. The truck parking adjacent to the hotel parking lot is gravel and when I got to my car Friday morning it had dust settled all on it.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: I LIKE THE WAFFLES AND FRUIT TOPPING, THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY ON MONDAY,
Cons: If there had been fruit topping for the waffles on monday
7.0 Good
Cons: I came down a day earlier . I paid for 1st day went down to breakfast 8:00 next morning and was locked out of room when checkout wasn't until 11 and we had to keep getting new keys made. I was told I had to pay for 2nd day before he could let me back into room, mind you I had on lounging wear and purse and everything was upstairs.

Pros: Tile instead of carpeting in room.
Cons: Maybe the worst hotel I've been in this year; would not stay again no matter price. We rented 2 rooms: One room had broken door lock, the other the bathrm. door would not close. Smoke detectors hanging from walls; lamp shades broken, cereal only.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: While they defiantly are showing their age the beds where comfortable, rooms are clean, and the staff was freindly.
6.0 Good
Pros: nice inside the room
Cons: Bugs bites all over the hotel yard
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I was really worried with the price I paid that this would b in a bot so great area or that the room would be run down it was so quiet comfortable and the shower was extremely well I loved the soft comforter
7.0 Good
Pros: The price. But, aside from that, it was apparently recently renovated. So, the room inside was basically new in appearance for the most part
Cons: The lights didn't all work reliably. The tub had a huge hole poorly patched. The toilet shot water(and contents) into the floor when flushed. (or, onto your tush if seated). Security latch was ripped off of door frame. Night clerk was very unfriendly.
5.0 Okay

4.3 Okay
Pros: The bed was comfortable.
Cons: We were put in three rooms. The first had a broken window, the second had guests already in it, and the third was dirty.
6.8 Good
Pros: The location was great and very close to where we needed to be - the owners were great, very nice people, if something was wrong they were very willing to make it right.
Cons: The property is dated and the rooms need some updating - i believe things were fairly clean but there were some stains in the tub and on the walls in the corner by the door. The breakfast could be upgraded a little, skim milk instead of whole, bananas and muffins
4.5 Okay
Pros: AC worked. Staff was friendly.
Cons: The facility was run down but clean as what I could tell. Vacant motel next door will probably cause rodent/pest problems in the future. Lobby blinds were very dusty and unkempt. The facility is old and poorly "patched" thru out.
7.0 Good
Cons: Yes when I got some of my funds stolen out of my room and went to the staff and there was nothing done about it
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean room, good water in the shower, convenient location.
Cons: The a/c was pretty loud when it cycled on and off.
1.0 Poor
Pros: The beds were clean and had new towels
Cons: The curtains and carpet were nasty dirty if it was not because I was tired sleepy and could not drive any longer I would have stayed somewhere else
6.8 Good
Pros: Location/ price
Cons: Rooms dirty. Comforter torn and falling apart. Wall paper pilling. Someone opened the door in the middle of the night saying room service. Was a man. Luckily we had the bar lock latched. I screwed something and slammed the door shut. Tried to call front desk. The phone wasn't working. So had to find the number and call from my cell phone. Pool was dirty. The railing into the pool was falling off. Pictures that were on the site didn't not match the room.

5.0 Okay
Pros: The colorful bed spred. The price was budget friendly.
Cons: The Luke warm shower water.
1.0 Poor
Cons: The room was not clean. The door opened outside and did not seal, so all kinds of bugs came into the room. The carpet was tore down to the nails. I found pills on the carpet. The only reason we stayed was because we slept with a loaded pistol
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Staff was rude and the room had bugs in the bathroom and in the room . I would not recommend staying here to anyone. The staff was rude and did not care once you booked.
5.7 Okay
Pros: They had an opening when I needed one.
Cons: Breakfast was...lacking...Badly. Eggs are not expensive, they just take a slight amount of effort to restock with fresh eggs every 45 minutes or so. I was upset there were no eggs, just milk, cereal, toast, muffins. Whoever owns this place is definitely not proud or enthusiastic about it.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: It had a bed
Cons: They could not find my reservation, even with my reservation number, it took 30 or more minutes to get checked in and get my room key at 3 am!
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: Front desk gave me keys to room that had someone else in it. N when I was given another key to a different room I rated poorly.
1.0 Poor
Pros: I didn't like anything about the hotel.
Cons: The room looked clean until you walked barefoot across the floor. The carpets are dirty and the curtains had holes in them. I would not use this American Best Value Inn again. I will take my business to someone else.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Unfortunately when I pulled into the parking lot I knew I could not check in. The hotel was very run down and people hanging outside. I've stayed at 2 star hotels before and I'm expecting it to be very basic but not unsafe.
Cons: EVERYTHING
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: No hot water
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The TV didn't work, there are flies in the room, the water pressure was poor the carpet by the door was torn and missing, there was a large gap in the door where I assume the flies were coming in. Staff was not helpful in resolving any issues.
3.0 Mediocre
