Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location near the harbor, restaurants, and local attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing and dining. The staff receives positive remarks for being accommodating, especially in resolving last-minute issues. However, many guests report significant noise problems from street traffic, neighboring rooms, and nearby activities, which disrupt sleep and relaxation. Room size is frequently criticized as being too small, and several guests mention cleanliness concerns, such as dusty bedding and unclean towels. While some rooms offer pleasant views and comfortable beds, issues with amenities, value for price, and maintenance detract from the overall experience.
