Pros. The lobby is beautiful, and the staff is friendly. Our king room was spacious and clean. Love, love, love that there is a wall thermostat and that the heat/ac is quiet. The room was virtually sound-proof from both inside and outside noise. We could hear faint noise when we were awake, but had no trouble sleeping. We didn't take advantage of the Kickback or breakfast offerings, but both looked very nice. Parking was great, and we also appreciated that we were able to get to the Granite City Food & Brewery through the hotel - especially since it was pouring rain.
Cons. We wouldn't change a thing - it truly was a wonderful stay, and this will now be the only place we stay when in Franklin. Excellent hotel!
Pros. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean, and the staff was attentive. They serve free breakfast, dinner, and have free WIFI. The dinner was subpar, but the breakfast spread was great! There is also a restaurant attached to the property if you prefer to dine there or order room service. They are also conveniently located to shopping and dining, and a short drive from Franklin and downtown Nashville.
Cons. Dinner options weren't great. Would have liked water in the room.
