seemed clean think got bitten by bed bugs
Everything was awesome from booking until checking out. The price was so great we expected less but we were very pleasantly surprised! Will be back!
Location, breakfast Noise, tv
The convenience to my business. No elevator.
I actually stayed at The Bay Top Inn across the street cause I had a problem with my room at the Winniesaukee Motel. The Owner of the Winnesaukeee Inn quickly and professionally changed my hotel for me to keep my trip on track. I had an awesome experience!
Rooms were clean. Beds were new and comfy. Staff was excellent. We are going back soon 1st room he showed us was too small but all the others we checked out were bigger and nicer
While not right on the lake the property has a nice clean pool as well as back area with seating, picnic tables and gas grills for use by guests. Extremely friendly family owned place. Did not hear any disturbances from other rooms because of thin walls. Planning on staying again next time in the area. The price was great and we felt like we got more for our money than usual. That we only stayed the weekend (not the motels fault obviously, just didn't want to leave it was so comfortable)
Location, staff, comfort All good
We really liked the location and also that they had so many cottages that we are thinking of going up with a group of friends. I would recommend it for it's value. The thing I didn't like was the bathroom was outdated and there was no place to put your toiletries. Also I felt like the toilet was coming off the wall.
The cottage was nice for the price. It had a bathroom and a decent bed, along with fridge and microwave. There wasn't too much wrong with the cottage. If there was one thing I had to choose it would be that the sheets had a weird stain on them.
There was nothing likeable about this place. If your looking for a cheap, run down, moldy, hostel feel/look, this is the place for you. There is a reason there are no pictures of the place. The one picture they use to advertise is a standard franchise picture. Do not be fooled. My fiance made reservations through kayak so I went sight unseen. Oh man what a mistake. You pull up and know right off the bat it's a junk box. The pool area windows are full of mildrew and God knows what else. I walked and walls are not done you can smell the moist musty air. The room was already paid for so couldn't do much they were not willing to refund the money. So I reluctantly walk up the stairs to my room ehhhhh it's like your walking right into a scary movie dark, long hallways the only thing missing was an overdosed prostitute and maybe a guy with a chainsaw. I walk into the room and walked right out even with a snow storm in full effect I knew I had to go. Dropped my room key off and I was done I don't care that I lost money. Honestly I think that's what this place banks on. I hope they used the money I paid for the room to buy some bleach and cleaning supplies.
Sorry to say but the place went way down hit...the front desk kept complaining that they were under new management and there was nothing they could do.
Nothing. Perceived lack of welcoming attitude Strong ordor of chemicals in the office Unsafe electrical outlets in room Room appeard structurally unsound When arriving at hotel room found someone sitting in front of room talking on cell phone and had to be asked to leave Tends to reflect badly on east Indian hotel owners/operators.
Kathy is SO nice. We were there for only one night for a wedding, but I would definitely go back for a longer summer lakeside stay. Thank you!
Great view of the lake. Close to restaurants and the boardwalk. Water temperature for the shower could not be regulated, kept switching from extremes. Staff tried to enter the room 2 different times in the morning, way before check out time. Noisy premises--you can hear every neighbor loud and clear.
