Pros: It's a beautiful old house, facing the river with a biking/walking trail. Debra is extremely sweet and she made a wonderful breakfast--taking into a account my dietary needs. The bathroom was nice and new. The decor in the house was beautiful. Super cute.
we were surprised by the attention to detail and the hospitality.
Pros: the hostess and the detail she put into her b & b
Cons: bathroom separate from the room, but it was workable

Fresh fruit, muffins, homemade jams and a hot dish are provided in the breakfast at Quartermain B & B. A lounge boasts a flat-screen TV with DVD player, a library and a fireplace. A river view is offered from the garden which includes seating and a fire pit. University of New Brunswick and Beaverbrook Art Gallery are both within 10 minutes’ walk from this property. Fredericton Golf & Curling Club is 3.1 miles away.
Cons: I was initially in a room in a very noisy area. I returned to the front desk, to the agent who had been quite chipper when I arrived, and asked if other rooms were available to be moved to. Her tone shifted significantly, and she acted annoyed/not personable through this entire transaction. For a hotel that promotes satisfaction guaranteed, a simple request such as this should not cause the employee to act hostile.
Will likely consider staying elsewhere, as this dampened the whole experience.
Cons: The Staff at the front desk were not very useful and had no knowledge of Hotel inner working. Dry cleaner, laundry etc. They were not helpful at all. In particular, the lady working on May 22nd Moring shift.

Pros: The room was spacious, clean, modern with many amenities.
Pros: As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a smile. Loved getting the free beer! We have stayed at alot of places with our kids and this was the first place where they didn't treat the kids as being a problem. The kids got a free gift as we departed too.
Cons: Wish there was a DVD player or ppv movies. Couldn't find a thing for the kids to watch and they got bored quickly
Pros: Room layout and cleanliness
Cons: No it was all very good
Pros: Beautifully appointed. Clean. Comfortable bed. Great air conditioning system!
Cons: Tried to get our room cleaned and done up ( 2 night stay) and was told 'we had 82 checks outs today'... Meaning cleaning those rooms was a priority over cleaning rooms for stay over guests? I don't get that! Only one person at front desk doing check-ins.
Pros: King suite was beautiful. And clean. Also could not hear other guests. Bottled water upon arrival was a nice touch.
Cons: No complaints at all!
Pros: Very clean location. Self serve breakfast was good and good selection of food. Rooms were clean and well stocked.
Pros: Freindly staff - excellent room
I would stay here again.
Pros: Layout of the rooms, price, cleanliness and the breakfast.
Cons: The pillows were too soft for my liking but that comes down to a personal preference.
Pros: Hot water
Cons: I had requested a cot never got it had to sleep 3 in a bed
Cons: Our room was nearest the street, lots of car noise. I would expect an older hotel to be loud, but given todays technology I expected quiet from a new one. The eggs for breakfast, not yummy. Lots of other options though.

Cons: A busload of chinese tourists disembarked after our arrival. Their loud chatter until 12am in the common hallway, then again for 6:30am departure was a bummer. Not the hotel's fault, although some shushing from the front desk would have been appreciated.

Pros: Small, friendly, home like, well appointed rooms, excellent breakfast.
Pros: The bed!One of the best that I have slept in including a few 5* that we stayed in
Cons: Parking. Not adequate for facility due to fact only entrance is through front. Would have helped to have key swipe entry through side door (where we had to park upon returning evening and it was -30 Celsius Brrr) and run to front entrance.
Pros: The staff was very friendly and the rooms very clean!
Pros: Room with a hot breakfast for $---- Courteous staff as well
Cons: Vending machines are lacking badly.
Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was more than adequate. The staff was attentive and welcoming. The location was convenient and there was ample parking.

Cons: There was construction on the stree where you enter so had to circle the area of Fredericton for an hour because we could not figure out how to enter. We called to cancel and they said we would have to cancel through the vendor we booked through but were unable to do so. Place looks in the inside somewhere people enter in a horror movie.
The City Motel is a great choice for a stay in Fredericton. Free perks include continental breakfast, WiFi, and self parking. Rooms offer refrigerators and room service.
We were unable to exit the first room we had, plus there was water all over the bathroom floor. 2nd room, AC did not work bedding was old and worn and damaged dito for 1st room. We checked out within 30 mins of checkin. Had to locate a room else where at 10PM. YOU SHOULD NOT LIST THIS PROPERTY. Its a scary place, not suitable for the general public, hot sheet motel comes to mind.
Pros: Norm the person at the check in desk.

An ok place to stop while driving through New Brunswick.
Pros: Large and clean room; kitchenette with full size fridge; swimming pool. Gas station and restaurants within 10-minute drive. Near highway but quiet area.
Cons: Outside the downtown area. We understood that breakfast was part of the cost of the room, but the hotel said that was a mistake on the web site; somehow I feel cheated... at $-- + tax, it is an expensive proposition even for high season.
Stay there, you will love it. Tim Hortons up the road for breakfast if you haven't brought food.
Pros: We had a whole apt. It had a bedroom/ office, living room, kitchen and bath. Should have been a 4 * not a 2*. We expected far less as we booked last minute. Wonderful place to stay for the Harvest Blues Fest.
Cons: Not a thing. Loved our home away from home.
Everything was clean and comfortable also great to have a fridge.
Pros: We were there to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary in their dining facility which was outstanding. The ambiance was great and the meal excellent. It was very convenient to be staying in the motel which operated by the same people.
Cons: Although the room was a non smoking room. I suspect that someone ad stayed in our room and did not comply with the rule. There was a chair outside and a dish with sand for people to use if they wished to smoke -maybe the smoker left the window open
Pros: Nice staff and the BEST German restaurant on site. WOW, for the food, worth a trip.

The skyline motel provides a clean place to stay in a quiet room. It is nothing fancy but definitely gets the job done. If you get a good price, I would recommend. Easy to get to off of the highway, easy to get downtown.
Pros: Drive up room makes for easy loading/unloading; fridge/microwave in room
Cons: It is simple, shower was a little dirty (like worn from age)
Overall good, more scouting needed on how to get back to it, especially late at night

Pros: Clean, simple. Exactly what I wanted for the price.
Pros: For the cost of the room it was one of the best hotels i've stayed in
Pros: This motel was reasonably priced for the area. The motel needs some remodeling but it was clean
All in all, staff are very nice, hotel was quiet. We needed somewhere to sleep and that's what we got. I suggest bringing your own pillows and blankets and probably showering before you go. And get up for breakfast early - we got there at nine and there was none left! But if you literally just need a place to sleep and you like cheap prices, then this is an ok choice.
Pros: The staff were very nice!
Cons: Rooms are very small, and very old. But I can't complain - it really was a 'get what you pay for' situation. We payed a very cheap for a price for a room to sleep in for one night and that's what we got.
For budget conscious traveller this is the best place with free continental breakfast.
Pros: Free breakfast
Cons: The rooms that we booked was not available.
Pros: The breakfast room was renovated and comfortable.Good selection for breakfast. The lobby was also nicely renovated.
Cons: I don't mind old fixtures or furnishings as long as they're clean and not broken. There were many repairs needed and the bathroom and rug were very dirty.

Guests looking to stay active can check out the nearby hiking/biking trails, and free perks include continental breakfast, WiFi, and self parking. Pros: The only good thing about the hotel was how close it was to most thing.
Cons: It was old, it was dirty, I asked for a different room because it took me 4 hallways and 2 sets of stairs to get to my room and once in the hallway to my room the carpets were dirty the lights were only half working and it smelt like smoke when I asked for a non smoking room. The light bulbs in my room didn't work. It smelt like smoke in the room the picture on the tv kept cutting out I felt dirty the whole time staying there even after I took a shower. I put a towel down on the floor of the shower while showering because it was dirty. The pool inside he hair floating all over the top of it. The hot tub water was all merky when I asked for a different room they told me they were completely booked so I went back to my room called the hotel from my phone asked if they had any rooms for the night and they said they did. Horrible horrible stay I will never stay there again
