Pros: A Friendly welcome and we got an early check in, the room we were in was on the bottom floor and plenty of room you have a fridge in the room with drinks for sale or you can put you own stuff in. The wifi was okay and they are still working on the TV channel also still building the pool deck and out side patio it will look nice when it is all finished a great place to stay !!!
Cons: We did have a problem with the ty remote and could not get any tv but we just went out for a meal and the guy fixed it the next day.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing staff. Really enjoyed our stay, you feel at home. They do have complementary coffee, apples and bakery in the lobby perfect for a quick breakfast. Close to the western part of St Croix so there’s a bunch of activities within a mile or 2, but the island is pretty compact and you can get to the furthest end in less than 40 minutes
Cons: Tiny thing is the TV wasn’t working but really no big deal for us.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Newer hotel, very nice location, very nice ammenities. Great staff, very nice rooms and bath.m, peaceful beach front. Greeted at check-in with a nice beverage and cool wet towel. Provided wifi, and a small breakfast, not continental.
Cons: Still under construction, so there was no dining on site, no planned activities. A little of an obstacle getting to and from room.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Nothing
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location; the decor is very nice and welcoming. The staff were super professional and helpful. Customer service above and beyond
Cons: The only thing that I don’t like, is that I won’t be able to see the final product of the renovation/construction before I leave.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The hotel is under construction and that should be disclosed. You could not enjoy the small beach as there were nails everywhere and constant banging and drills. We also had no hot water until after 830 am each day. The first night we were locked out.
Cons: They send a text to your phone to get back in hotel. But if you forget your phone, it dies, gets lost etc you are screwed they leave an emergency number for help but after 3 calls nothing and they never even called the next day. The only reason we got in our room was my husband had to climb up the the 2nd story.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The design of the hotel and rooms were very eclectic and chic with bold color choices and a historic feel. The staff were very warm, welcoming and accommodating. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel was also ideal, as it is in optimal walking distance to the shops and restaurants in town.
Cons: Absolutely nothing. Everything was great!

7.0 Good
Pros: The room, pool, beach and leisure areas around the resort would very nice. We enjoyed the room balcony and kitchen facilities. Friendly staff and workers.
Cons: The breakfast was very minimal with a some bread, cheese, hard boiled eggs and coffee. The restaurant was not open with regular hours and the menu changed with many days only offering a fixed few items. Slow service in the restaurant and some staff were not very friendly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything from bed to beach
Cons: We couldn't stay longer
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Rooms very comfortable and the location is great.
Cons: Breakfast not available until 7:30, coffee is locked up so if you're an early riser, expect to wait for your coffee or buy some to make in the room.
7.0 Good
Pros: Pros: the beach was superb, the water was extraordinary refreshing and super clean, the hotel is right on the beach, the hotel has a restaurant, the internet/wifi was working fine (were able to watch Netflix), breakfast is included, snorkels and kayaks are free to use for guests
Cons: Cons: the main building looks old, the hotel is really small, there was some remodeling going on with scaffolding occupying some of the yard, most rooms do not face the beach or the sea, some rooms are across the street (in a different building), only a few items for breakfast (coffee, hard boiled eggs, some cheese, butter, jelly, bread), definitely need car (Frederiksted is about 1 mile away, Christiansted about 20-25 miles away) if you want to visit other parts of the island.
7.5 Good
Pros: I enjoyed my stay! I wish it could have been longer. The thing I wished I would have known before my stay is that you need CASH for the taxis and cabs (no Uber). Cell phone service there can be spotty, even for the locals. I had to transfer money around and had to use the ATM (thankfully they had one! :)) at the hotel. One Cab service did have paypal and I could pay him that way! Transferring money was a bit of a chore! But the beach was beautiful, people were super great!!! My flight came in late the first day and I asked if I could have food (even if it was just something heat and eat) sent up to the room since the kitchen would have long since closed, and they did! It was amazing! I loved the peace and the people. I would love to come and stay again!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Awesome access to a beautiful beach. Wonderful and friendly staff. Very good food.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: This place was an awesome value for the price! We woke up to a beautiful ocean view. The private beach area was just steps from our room. Free snorkeling equipment, beach towels and kayaks were available from the front office. The restaurant on property was delicious, although the menu is limited on Tuesday and Wednesday night. The heated pool awaits each evening after an enjoyable day on the beach. If you’re interested in exploring the island, the local bus will take you across the island for just $2.25 each way and a stop is a short walk out the Sand Castle’s front door. Down across from the dock, ask Mr. Tony and his dog, Ranger, to direct you to Maggie’s Snackette for the best parrotfish. Both Ms. Thelma and Mr. Mike are the best taxi drivers. Maybe Ms. Thelma will make you banana bread too! Don’t miss on a gem of a locale.
Cons: Honestly, I have no complaints.
7.0 Good
Pros: The beach and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: Upset stomach from dinner on the property other that it was ok..
5.8 Okay
Pros: The location was very quiet and laid back and low key on this side of the island, if that is what your looking for its perfect.. its for Middle Ages and up . The beach was beautiful the views and sunsets absolutely stunning . Snorkeling was awesome as well and the local staff and guest I met was really nice. The bed was comfortable.
Cons: The property is very old , it needs major up dating .. I stayed in room 303 at top dollar , supposed to be ocean front. The front windows did face towards the ocean, front door towards the outside wall of the next villa. No Tv in the front room where you could enjoy the ocean. The 1 tv was in the bedroom where you had no view at all , but worst of all was the old plumbing .. I had to keep all the windows open , I especially had to keep the bathroom door open . A awful wet ,mildew ,mold smell. They even had the stick up air fresheners , I later found in every room . Luckily all the windows had screens ,they are the old roll out shutter windows . Everything in the room was outdated and the facility itself .. EVERYTHING! I went for the beach and the culture , so I was out of the room every day and I only used it for the shower and sleeping.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Dasia did an exceptionally well job. Super kind and very helpful
Cons: The room I booked was the not room I revived. But I was still Satisfied.
6.3 Good
Pros: Close to Frederiksted Pier.
Cons: Desperately in need of updates and repairs! Shower head was completely clogged, glass in patio door was broken, Wi-Fi was not working and you didn’t dare walk around without shoes unless you don’t mind really dirty soles. The staff, however, was exceptionally nice and helpful. They were working on areas of the hotel. If we travel again to St Croix we would still check out this hotel, hoping to find improvements.
