Pros: We were given a very nice room on the top floor. There were a bunch of kids there for a baseball tournament, so it was nice to be away from them running up and down the halls.
Cons: There really was nothing to complain about, as the staff was great. Some of the baseball parents were rude to the staff, but that had nothing to do with the hotel.

6.8 Good
Pros: Comfy room, bed. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.
Cons: My room was left by housekeeping with door propped open apparently for hours. When I arrived back to room after being gone all day the door was cracked open. Housekeeping was poor. During my stay, the sink/tub was never cleaned, bed was not made but twice. I had to ask front desk for attention to the room.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything but...

6.8 Good
Pros: Very good food, usually good service.
Cons: The phone did not work in the room; Had to have them reset the key cards 4 times; toilet leaked on the floor (bad seal?),parking lot needed repair badly. We have stayed there many times, always before everything was perfect.
6.0 Good
Pros: The hotel was really nice for the price, and the diner they worked with was cute.
Cons: The lady at the front desk was really rude for no real reason. She scolded us for not showing up on time, even though we traveled cross country and got there as fast as we could.
6.3 Good
Pros: The building was well maintained. Housekeeping staff were efficient. Request for limited access shower was met.
Cons: Front desk staff was rarely at the desk. Only about half of the front staff were very friendly. Double queen room wasn't big enough for two queen beds. If you were getting in bed away from the center side, it was necessary to sidestep between the wall and the bed. Penny's restaurant was very understaffed and didn't seem near as great as the hotel site would have you believe.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Value, quite neighborhood, close to everything we needed.
Cons: Shower was not in good repair
4.3 Okay
Pros: I paid for a room with two queen beds. When I showed up and presented my confirmation I was put into a tiny room with one queen bed. I went to discuss it with the lady at the front desk. She was having computer issues and was not handling it well. When I explained my predicament the solution was to roll a twin bed into the room I had. The room wouldn't even fit a roll out twin it was so small!!!!!!! I wasn't offered the monetary difference between the room I had paid for compared to the cheaper room I was forced to stay in. No other rooms were available. Four adults had to share a tiny room with one bed, no space, and a tiny little chair. The situation could have been handled so differently. I will never stay there again.
Cons: Everything. The staff was uncaring and didn't offer any positive solutions to a problem that they created.
6.8 Good
Cons: TV and coffeemaker did not work
6.8 Good
Pros: None ?
Cons: not much
6.8 Good
Cons: check in took 30min no computer had been down for several days very poor service
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Beds are more comfortable than before. Need rain roof for auto drive up.
6.8 Good
Cons: Breakfast was not on site - we received vouchers for the nearby diner.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel itself is great. Staff is very friendly and no complaints for the hotel itself whatsoever.
Cons: I have never had any problems with the diner affiliated with the hotel next door for several years, but this time my wife and I had an awful experience. The experience at the diner makes me second guess booking this hotel for next year to be honest.
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: Bed was very hard. Staff was unprofessional to other guests.

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Location
Cons: Holes in the wall, everything falling apart, mold behind the toilet, shower curtain wouldn't close because it was installed wrong, when I got there to check in it literally took ten minutes of me ringing the bell and calling the number for anyone to come check me in.
7.5 Good
Cons: Hard pillows
4.5 Okay
Cons: Horrible musty smell, wet carpet throughout our room, and inoperable TV and TV remote
1.0 Poor
Pros: Location
Cons: When I first got there they put me in a room with people already in it. Then they said they didn't have a room for me and finally got me a room. Then there were bugs that bit me and my son
9.5 Excellent
Cons: Tub isn't a walk in shower for someone in a wheelchair. It is your standard tub-shower combo
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: I have stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago and it was fine. This hotel is now very run down...many things broken or not working in the room, security very poor, horrible/old breakfast items. I would not stay there again!
Cons: Clean up the hotel...entrance, rooms, outside and fix the things that are broke like the tubs not draining, bathroom fans not working, tv not working, door hinges and locks broken off, peep holes open, etc. I can't believe that this hotel is still in operation!
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Not one thing.
Cons: The room was dirty, groups of men were drinking and sitting around the only entrance to the hotel in back. Breakfast was not served on time and it was cold, linens were not cleaned. It was loud and there were cooking smells in the hallway at all hours of the day. It was the worst hotel experience of my life.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Clean room the room we're all full due to the floods in Nebraska . The staff was friendly welcoming ,helpful keeping even the breakfast bar full.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: my room location was perfect!!! Front desk was super nice!!!
Cons: blankets maybe weren't as clean as they should have been???No eggs, breakfast could use a little pick me up. My toilet needs work on the stool. room 101
5.0 Okay
Pros: Good location with a good level of amenities in close proximity.
Cons: The room was on the decline. It had it's best years behind it. Also, there was mold on the floor between the bathtub and floor.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: It was fairly inexpensive
Cons: Right before we arrived the staff contacted and informed us they were overbooked for the night and wanted to cancel our room. We agreed to downgrade our room for a discount. The staff was very unfriendly during this whole process. There is little to no parking. There are no locks on the doors. The door handle was in pieces so we didn’t trust it to let us in and out of the room. The bed was saggy and uncomfortable.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Nice staff
Cons: Dirty carpets and hallways, paint touch ups with the wrong color. Maybe some elicit activity? Guys hanging around all night in the hallways, Door slamming throughout the night. Burn holes in the comforters, stains on the walls. Cigarette smell everywhere. Generally GROSS!
