Cons (-) The hotel needs to be renovated. It’s umpleasant to be in, stuffy, not very clean. Our neighbors were very loud in the middle of the night. Overall poor experience.

Curtains had little holes in them, desk chair back was broken, shower handle was broken so you had to set it just right or water would not stop running, bathroom sink enamel was peeling off. Cons (-) Parking is terrible. The streets were blocked at night due to construction making it a struggle to get to the hotel. Most especially, our room did not get cleaned at all for the two nights we were there. When my husband mentioned it at checkout, the guy he spoke with looked at him like he has two heads....and said "well I'll let the house keeper know."

Cons (-) I will never use kayak or the Radisson again they double charged my credit card and never gave me my money back causing my back account to over draw and do not recommend paying with goggle wallet cause there how it all started and the all just gave me the run around I hope that alot of people see this before they also get ripped off
