Very friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast. Located in very nice and picturesque town. Resonable price.
no juice/ cola in the room
Very nice and quiet place in small city. Sound insulation is really bad.
This is a comfortable hotel conveniently located for the town of Stramberk. If you have a car, there is easy access to the surrounding towns and countryside. There is plentiful free car parking at the hotel. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Staff were helpful and spoke reasonably good English. The evening meal in the restaurant was very good. There is free WiFi access in the hotel which worked well. They accept credit card payment.
Good value for money. There is no staff after 10pm.
Excellent place in the city, comfortable parking, really friendly staff.
Although there were 2 parties (1 wedding) taking place, we did not suffer because sound insulation of room was perfect. Also, we ordered and got excellent meal. There was not enough staff, but the existing was very helpful and pleasant.
Nice staff, good breakfast, excellent place. We liked the stay
good location, friendly stuff, clean apartment
Again, a very clean hotel (all of them were) and the staff very helpful and accomodating. Breakfast was included and we also ate our dinner there. Very good!
Good location, nice, clean and well equipped family apartment. Nice and helpfull personell. Good food. Almost complete lack of staff one person for reception, restaurant. Small choice for breakfast with very small quantities of items and rarely replenished - it is not so strange with only one person of staff.
I spent 2 years in this hotel. Friendly personnel, nice place near castle and a few remarkable places worth to see within 10 kilometers around (Helfstyn castle, spa Teplice nad Becvou including close one of the deepest European abyss, Lipnik nad Becvou and its center and park) and number of other in an 20km area. Tenis, golf, cycling, in-line skating, paragliding and swimming are the major sport possibilities around. I tried all rooms during my 2-year stay - if you can choose prefer first floor (lighter rooms) and west side (better outlook) and sligtly more quiet. Some rooms on the east side are a little bit more noisey due to a pavement on the adjacent road so prefer the inner rooms looking to park and on the chateau. If not available do not worry - it is not anything serious.
I did like the building itself - it's a part of former Hranice castle complex, rooms were fabulous, place quiet, staff more than attentive. Those looking for a peaceful Moravian escape - watch out! Once you're in Hranice ok, but I'm not sure if it is that easy to get there from Prague or Brno. We have travelled with a luxury minibus, so it was ok.
Very good localization near highway. Beautiful small town especially old town in the immediate vicinity. Comfortable room (4p) but without AC. Good breakfast. it was strange to live in a hotel with no staff. weekend staff (receptionist) working up to 12.
very close to the city center was nice and good food. No sauna or spa available.
Breakfast is rather poor and is available till 9:00 only.
A very nice, small hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean. The restaurant is opposite the hotel and was good. I would have no hesitation in staying here again. Car parking is limited. Czech-only TV channels.
Clean, quite new. Good and fresh breakfast. In the beginning we were given the wrong room. The staff did not know exactly what they had offered to us. They should more carefully read the reservations.( It was not a buzy time- there was only 5 rooms booked in the entire hotel.) Superior room(s) is/are in the separate building (on the top of pizza restaurant).
Nice comfortable room, polite staff and a good, decent break fest nothing in the neighbourhood to have a good drink and the bar closes at 22.00
