Cons: "The snacks were good, but they should have offered some drink selections."
Pros: "The staff was amazing"
Cons: "I had a very large (over weight person sitting next to me. She occupied about 6 inches of my seat. It was quite uncomfortable. Did my best to be very polite and accommodating but it was terribly uncomfortable and closterphobic."
Pros: "Myself and my wife were rebooked and arrived home the same day. Albeit 7 hours late."
Cons: "Flight left gate on time, yet departed 1 hr late because deicing took almost 1 hour. There was only one truck working."
Pros: "Excellent hospitality I asked for a cup of coffee at an odd time, the attendant went out of his way to brew fresh pot and served me, instead of just saying "Sorry sir, we don't have any coffee at this time....""
Pros: "Decent service"
Cons: "I booked with KLM (sky team) two separate return bookings on via SKY TEAM JFK > heathrow (delta) Heathrow > Amsterdam (klm) On the return leg, I couldn’t check my bag all the way through to JFK even though I stayed on SKY TEAM carriers. That should be possible, otherwise the value of staying in SKY TEAM isn’t as valuable to me."
Pros: "The food was good Flight was on time plane was clean loved the crew! Flew out with them, and returned with them... so that was nice!"
Cons: "Not knowing we were being bused to plane from Terminal Boarded early because of it, created a bit of chaos and panic My tv was broken- worked intermittently need connector for iphone ear buds - should have universal ports"
Pros: "Everyone was very courteous, the plane took off on schedule and arrived at our destination early. Also got a complimentary upgrade to Comfort Plus."
Cons: "Ticket price was a bit much, the seats and aisle inside the plane are only made for skinny people. Aisle was barely longer across than my foot, and the guy next to me was a bit bigger than average, leaving me to have to scrunch in my seat the whole flight. Lots of elbows, butts and hips knocking into my shoulders as people boarded."
Pros: "The people was relaxed and the flight attendant was polite and professional.. everything was on time"
Cons: "Nothing at all great service"
Pros: "Surprised to see the hostess serving food on a domestic flight. Were courteous when we were sitting on the tarmac for 3 hrs waiting for clearance."
Cons: "Folks at the boarding counter were rude. Had one bag as a carry on, and was forced to check it in. Whereas saw other folks stow their two personal items in the overhead cabin."
Pros: "Everything was great, easy boarding, great idea (board ahead of your zone if you check bag free at gate), courteous staff, good food choices, arrived ahead of schedule, good movies."

The food quality is poor. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The entertainment program was limited. I experienced a delay of 30 minutes due to two issues. Passenger luggage had to be removed and there was a technical issue with the stairs not detaching from the aircraft. The pilot managed to compensate and we arrived only 15 minutes later. The luggage at Dubai airport was very slow. I waited over an hour.

One of their staff was so rude with discriminative. Such a reputed airline shouldn't hire such kind of arrogant attendants.

Cons: "Keep the temperature at a more reasonable level. Blankets + two layers of clothing was definitely not enough."
Pros: "economy plus seats were nice, great movie selection, especially international movies"
Cons: "crew was not friendly, i had to ask for water many times, usually water person walk the aisle. food was terrible. other carriers food were better"
Pros: "KLM never disappoints, the cabin crew was extremely kind and helpful!. The food was great, nice leg room in regular economy class, thousands of movies and tv shows...it was great!"
Cons: "Well there was a LOT of turbulence but no one can control the weather and shout out to the pilot for giving us such a smooth landing a rough weather!"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "They check for everything in the counter as if it was a low cost airline. If you go a kilo more over your baggage allowance you have to pay 100 eur. And for your cabin luggage you only have 12 kg that they check you twice and they have security staff at the airport specifically check in this."
Pros: "Crew was great and professional."
Cons: "Entertainment controls were outdated and confusing to operate. There were no charging ports."
Pros: "Being fed was amazing and watching free TV was great!"
Cons: "I wish there were personal fans because it got uncomfortably hot sandwiched between people"
Pros: "well mannered and attentive crew - good supply of complimentary food/drink - good over all comfort"
Cons: "boarding was running very far behind - considering this is mainly a hub operations carrier - resulted in several passengers missing their connecting flights -"
Cons: "The website I booked on and the Delta phone line on the printed ticket said that I had baggage when it turns out that I did not according to the check in staff and they made me pay."

Flight was ok , but crew staff need to be more professional and available for help as where Lufthansa need to take preventive action, otherwise flight was good.

Comfort of seats, entertainment selection, water offerings, meal choices, over attitude and helpfulness of staff, across the board.

All of the flight attendants were so nice and helpful except for one lady flight attendant who was really mean and scary. They don't offer drinks enough - and they curtain off the flight attendant area instead of making it available for snacks and water like most airlines do for long flights. The entertainment is so old, screens barely worked.

Entertainment options are very limited. FRA to ORD leg entertainment did not even work. It is outdated and never responded. Food is absolute garbage.

Chaotic boarding Inedible food Drinks served in a thimble Nothing premium about premium economy Glitchy entertainment console Ever again, Lufthansa

There were issues with the movies not playing correctly, it would have been nice if we could have been offered a code to use the Wi-Fi.

It never happened because my first connecting flight got cancelled which caused for me to miss this flight also.

Fast boarding, great entertainment on board, lots of updates from the capitan during the trip, no lost luggage issues

They did the best they can with all the staffing issues going on.

Pros: "excellent crew, well manner, well dresses smart feel... they seem to know my needs before I did .. loved it"
Cons: "wider wash rooms onboard .. wider seats .. wider seat bealts also plane from FRA - BOM could use service maintinace ... it seemed like an older aircraft"
Pros: "the crew on the flight were simply amazing! Kind, caring, 5*"
Cons: "There was questionable social distancing at check-in and most definitely none from the arrival at the departure gate to using the suttles to get to the plane and boarding. While I appreciate the ever-evolving challenges the current global situation are brining, this was a failure on your behalf. Istanbul international airport = disappointment and a letdown."
Pros: "Crew was super nice"
Cons: "Don’t pack people in like sardines! Our seats were so close it was in humane! Also we were in the back of the plane and it was uncomfortably hot! Why are there no individual a/c blowers over each seat!! Because of the heat and the cramped seats had to keep getting up and standing in the back because I was so claustrophobic!! Miserable, miserable, miserable!!!"
Cons: "Missing information of my flights, such as seat and others"
Pros: "Ran into some turbulence and the pilot did a great job calming down the passengers and explain the weather situation."
Cons: "food option were limited, only one meal choice left"
Pros: "The flight left on time although take-off was delayed due yo traffic. Plane is new and comfortable."
Cons: "I did not enjoy the Java coffee I ordered because the coffee pulps were the first item I tasted upon drinking the coffee. I called the attention of the flight attendants but nobody answered because the 2 were busy selling items to the passengers. I just removed the coffee bits by throwing them out of my mouth using napkin."
Pros: "None"
Cons: "Took about a month to book an infant ticket, then was issued a ticket with a wrong name, which then took another 3 weeks to be amended. When checking in, the agent told me that my daughter's ticket was not linked to anyone and looked like she was flying solo even though I mentioned to 5 different customer service agents that I would like to add her to my itinerary. Just when I thought it couldn't be worse, captain announced that they were having trouble with the AC for my part of the plane, meaning 7 hour flight was hotter than 80 degrees. I should also mention that trash was not collected until breakfast service."
Pros: "Staff were friendly."
Cons: "Check-in did not include my TSA-Pre or airline frequent flyer membership. Food was stale and inedible."
Cons: "Plane smelled bad. Had to pay for food. Not even water was included. Inside the plane is worn and needs upgrades."
Cons: "Flight was canceled forcing us to spend an extra night in Paris. British Airways was extremely unorganized in dealing with an 11 hour delay. I will not fly BA ever again."
Pros: "Boarding went fast, staff was friendly, security information on screen, so it was easy to follow."
Cons: "We had a 30 minute delay, didn’t get any information about why leaving late and why flying in circles over London... would understand if I would’ve known zhe reason."

The seats seem to be a little cramped, and there really is no entertainment unless you use your own device, which I'm not able to do.

Cons: "I was charge $24.00 for internet and it was too slow. No meals to purchase"
Pros: "NOTHING"
Cons: "Where should I begin? Incoming flight was late, so UA 1560 was delayed. After boarding, IFE was not working. Crew could not get it to work. Snack options were NON-existent for a 5-hour flight. Upon arriving at Newark, the gate was not available. Come on United this is your hub. Final straw, the baggage took about 50 to 60 minutes to arrive."
Pros: "Boarding process was easy"
Cons: "Would've like more entertainment options, like screens at each seat or plug outlets"
Pros: "Crew was nice, attentive, courteous and professional. We arrived on time, landing was fought (night landing) and all of our luggage arrived with us."
Cons: "Airlines are nickel and dimeing the customers. Everything is being charged and many times you find out the hard way. I will avoid United due to their charging procedures and rigidity in their application of their billing."
Pros: "On time. Courteous and friendly flight attendants."
Cons: "A bit of turbulence at the beginning of the flight and the captain didn’t release the seatbelt sign for longer than I could! Sprint to the bathroom the minute the sign was released. Hallelujah!!"
Pros: "Pilot was nice with his opening annoucement."
Cons: "The AC was not blowing very hard or cold. Shared my negative experience and she did nothing to chance the experience."
Pros: "On time, good food service, free wine, and nice stewardesses"
Cons: "Still hate sleeping in seats. Maybe, one day I can do first class!"
Cons: "Check in was with a new trainee and she was not sure how to put in our TSA - we got sent around to other people quite a bit. Plane was late and we almost did not make our connection in Dulles"
Pros: "Great service in business class, as always."
Cons: "Weather system on the way down, but the pilot and first officer were tops"
