The bed was NOT comfortable! The bathtub would not drain.

The hotel is nicely located and the property is clean and well maintained. The amenities (full size refrigerator, two burner stove, large desk, etc) are ideal for the extended stay business traveler. The free dvd library and lending of board games and cooking devices such as crock pots and juicers are a very nice touch.

Being on the side of the hotel facing the airport runways meant the noise from airplanes landing and taking off came right into the room. The extremely noisy through the wall heating and air conditioning unit cycled on and off every 5 minutes. It's placement was less than a foot from the bed which made it impossible to sleep. The reservation was for a queen size bed but my wife and I were disappointed to find a full size bed in the room. The mattress was extremely hard and very uncomfortable and the pillows very small resulting in a very restless night of no sleep.

We actually thought we made reservations at the Holiday Inn Express near the Easton Center, so when we arrived we found we needed to go to a different hotel. The location worked out fine, but my son's apartment was closer to the one near the Easton Center. Either way, we would have had to get in the car to go anywhere, so no difference. It really was just a place to sleep, never looked at pool or work out facility. They did try really hard to make continental breakfast nice.

Unusual location tucked back behind a strip mall, guess that is not really a "con", it was just hard to see how to enter the parking lot. Room was clean and we were just sleeping there, but stale deodorizer smelling air . . . More fresh air would be nice.

The room and staff were awesome... , although I went without a TV for several hours. More good than bad.

Too high of a charge for gratuity for just My Husband and I. The room itself was small and pretty basic for the price.

The hotel is clean and the airport shuttle was helpful.

The staff are poorly trained. A gps is needed if you drive to hotel. It's not in a convenient or easily accessible location. Also, the free breakfast isn't posted, so be sure to ask.

Beds were terrible- we like courtyard and would go across the road for the comfort of their beds. Also, tell customers construction is going on prior to arrival.

I stayed in the room above the front door. The rooms aren't very sound proof so all night long and especially early in the morning, you can hear the doors slamming. More importantly, I returned one day to find my room hadn't latched after house keeping.

The staff was attentive.

1. After going through 3 rooms to find one that did not have a bad odor, I gave up and took the 4th room they gave me even though it still had odor. 2. The club lounge did not have good breakfast like other marriott hotels.

The staff was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. We were a short drive to Easton, and not too far from downtown either. We liked the 24 hour Starbucks downstairs, as well as the pool. We had a very nice stay.

The pool was a bit chilly, but the staff came immediately to adjust the temperature when asked. The adults would have loved a hot tub, but can't complain! :)

The room was super clean and spacious. I liked how the living quarters were separate from the bedroom. The staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was an enjoyable one.

The airhandler is in the bedroom and it hummed very loud when it was on.

We ended up in an accessible room which was HUGE! Great location, easy to highways and Easton. The lobby is comfortable for a gathering and the breakfast was nice. We were early to breakfast and it definitely got more crowded as the morning went on.

The pool was awful; the temperature of the room was very high and the chemicals made my eyes burn, just sitting outside the pool. We were hoping to sit around the pool and socialize while watching the kids but there was no way. There's a line of chairs that made discussions hard, and the environment made it miserable to be in there for long.

The staff were welcoming and happy. The room was comfortable and breakfast was well-attended and well-positioned considering the large crowd.

It's hard to say what I didn't like. We heard other doors in the hall slam shut a couple of times.

Bed was super uncomfortable, bathroom was not completely cleaned prior to arrival, television was set too low to be viewed from the bed, fire alarm was activated and no general effort to evacuate or let anyone know that it was a false alarm was made. Overall this location was satisfactory but I'll probably not choose to stay here again in spite of the lower cost.

Location was good, though a little hard to find since it is off the street and the sign is not highly visible.

The heating unit didn't work most of the time we were there. Cranked it up to 90 on one occasion and nothing came out. Just when we were going to swap rooms it seemed to come to life. Then it kicked out again.

-The facilities themselves are either old or have been ridden hard and put away wet. Some peeling wallpaper, room had a slight musty smell as if a lot of cleaning products had been used but it hadn't had time to really air out. -The workout room is basically a closet, with one weight machine, one treadmill, and one recumbent bicycle machine. -Centipede on the ceiling almost gave my girlfriend a heart attack. Glad we didn't see that until the morning we were leaving.

I've never had an issue with Days Inn, and have always found them to be excellent overall, but this place was not close

It is beyond rundown. I have to be very careful about spending, but I could never stay there again. It was dirty and stinky, and quite embarassing in the eyes of my sons. I made the best of it, but will soend more money if have to for a nicer, cleaner stay

Hardware in the rooms wasn't child friendly. Within the first 30 minutes my 2 year old had split his head on one of the drawer pulls on the dresser. There seems to be a small insect problem. And, the only ice machine in the building was nonfunctional. There were also no elevators, and the pools weren't open.

Great location-walking distance to the Crew Stadium and short drives to Campus and Downtown with easy access to the Highway. Bed was fairly comfortable and seemed clean.

Bathroom had seen better days. At any moment felt like you would be able to put a leg or arm through the shower and the towels were not very comfortable.

I didn't care for just about anything at this motel. Not only did I stand at the front counter listening to two different employees gossip to each other in back for 15 min before someone bothered to greet me and was assigned a non-smoking room which typically would be fine. I get to the room after walking to the end of a hall way with liquid stains all along the floor way from who knows as well as graffiti on the door to the stairwell. Not only was my room smelling like smoke but I didn't end up leaving my room the whole night due to not feeling safe. If I would have been able to get a refund I definitely would have done so and went elsewhere.
