6.7 Good
Pros: Reception/housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Good location in the city. Good facilities.
Cons: Bar/restaurant staff were rude and unwelcoming. Our friends were allocated a disabled room with a disabled bathroom which was not requested or needed as clearly neither of them were disabled or required such a room. We do not feel that this was acceptable.

Cons: Hotels in general are very poor in the UK....the quality of the materials that they use in their buildings is really the cheapest of the cheapest.....a 3 start hotel in Germany looks better than a 5 star in the UK......the water pressure in the showers is always an issue and my bidet at home is bigger than the bathtubs!
