Beautiful room, but poor customer service, bar area and general staff behaviour. No confidence in booking tables / getting drinks orders correct etc.
Bar area very cramped with only one staff Member serving lots of people , forgot my drinks, and forgot to book me a table for my evening meal
The hotel was as we expected from a Hotel du Vin.
Not a reflection on the hotel but it was further out then we thought
The room was quirky, comfortable. The staff accommodating and friendly Food fab and a 20% discount for those taking part in GNR. Overall excellent experience.
£10 overnight parking fee.
Gorgeous boutique hotel, rooms were absolutely stunning! Very clean top of the range hotel
Breakfast team was so much better then dinner team. helpful and on time service...
it was just like any other hotel Vin... room was dusty...window blinds and Lamp were full of dust... I had to use my asthma inhaler...it was that bad. we were so tired driving all day, I didn't have no power to go to reception and talk about it. service was extremely poor in restaurant. I have order apéritif cocktail before my starter,I have got my drink after my starter.I have ordered dirty martini; both were exact opposite. second was absolutely not even close to be proper dirty martini.... we have waited over 30 mis for someone to take our drink order. my wife felt so uncomfortable placing complaint. so we had to sit and wait. when I have booked the hotel, info was parking on site but didn't know it was not free... over all; not happy... food was ok. it didn't blow my mind away.
