Wonderful staff, excellent location. The hotel is beginning to show its age, but it's well-cared for. 10/10 would stay again!

Great. Exactly what I expected and in alignment with the price. I did think I reserved a room with a fireplace, but apparently I only reserved a standard room. No problem for me, just keep an eye out.
Pros (+) Estuvo bien!!
Cons (-) Un poco más de limpieza
Pros (+) decor, being next to brook, availability of hot breakfast
Cons (-) hot tub and pool down, leaves about, small/non-lush beds, no meat at hot breakfast
Pros (+) Loved how rustic and quiet the resort was but still so close to everything in Gatlinburg. The pool was an amazing feature and if we were there during the winter definitely would have used the wood burning fireplace. Loved that the back patio faced the big creek too.
Cons (-) Only knock on the place was the A/C unit didn't work super well and the bed wasn't the most comfortable I've been on.
