It was our first trip after the quarantine period and we had expected some issues related to the current situation. Fortunately, hotel staff handled everything perfectly: room was sparkling clean, check-in process was short and comfortable, and both people we were communicated with during our stay – receptionist and the girl, who was serving us breakfast, – were using masks and gloves and were very polite.

Everything was as expected, clean, comfy and even tho we had really awkward questions personal was always really nice and helpfull
Only thing I can think of that was not perfect was mixed eggs for breakfast, like ham and eggs was perfect, boild egg was perfect but that mixed eggs could have been better, but that is really personal preference ;-)

Clean, spacious room and bathroom, quiet, comfy bed good breakfast. Ideal for short stay. Very friendly staff. Very helpfull and polite. Comparing to poor hygiene and rude staff in british hotels this one is an example how the hotel should look like and how the staff should behave. Brits should come here and learn how to run hotels.

Good room and nice gym facilitates. Excellent breakfast. The room was spacious and the shower was excellent! Bed was comfortable and hotel modern and clean.
The check out process was terrible. I prepaid my stay and then at the end had to pay a further 15£ and the hotel stated this was due to exchange rates on that day but failed to provide the exchange rate. This money was taken from account on top of the charge for the whole stay so currently I have paid twice for the stay. Hotel stated refund will occur but this will take up to 7 days and I need to go to my bank. The process is terrible and guests should be informed on arrival of this.
