The Hotel was clean and well maintained, staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent Breakfast

location...just of the highway advertised free Wi-Fi internet but couldn't connect......hotel knew about problem but troubleshooting answer was to "just keep trying" hotel staff were understanding but just offered a free coffee instead..........it's odd that a hotel chain that size would let a problem go on like this.......we had to go next door to MacDonald's for connection........would recommend hotel if problem corrected

Really nothing Very applicable!!A misearable room,no services,old and weary towels,no tissues paper,no room service.Maybe can be considered as two star hotel!!!!

the spa and the swiming pool room to small, no internet conection, a bit rundown

the room we were upgraded to was excellent, the receptionist who delt with our complaint about the original room was excellent. the room we were given to begin with was way below standard and if we had had to stay in that room and not have the option of upgrading it would have turned a very good stay into a very bad one

The reception staff is helpful. There is no refrigerator and smoking smell in non-smoking room.

Swimming pool/spa While in a non-smoking room, the corridor we had to use to get to our room stunk of cigerette/cigar smoke.

Room was comfortable, restaurant open long hours, convenient and easy. It's not cheap, no free internet access, and not very personal, but it does what it does efficiently

Easy access from motorway. No airconditioning. Too much noise from motorway. Unattended water leak in bathroom.

Coffee making facilities in the room would have been nice.

The breakfast selection and quality of food were great. The bed was comfortable. Parking was free. Good value for money! The towels were kind of worn out. Internet was not free.

just for the weekend overnight and excellent breakfast buffet a very nice hotel

First I was given the key to an already occupied room. Then I was given a room on the first floor - very loud, and not secure (windows open onto the flat roof, accessible to other guests.)

The hotel staff, which was very friendly and helpful. I stayed in this hotel for the second time. The first time I had a room in the new part of the hotel. This time I had a room in the old part. The rooms in the old part are very small and not so comfortable as the new ones.

The new building is pleasant, nice rooms and bathrooms. In the older part of hotel the rooms are not so charming. Good selection for breakfast.

You get buffet breakfast and its only 10 min walk to the nearest train station The service wasn't good. I had no t.v in the room, had to ask 4 times! and it took 2 days!

Quiet environmen, but close to transport. Yes, lack of internet. Only one computer terminal available for the whole hotel. Wireless network would be ideal,

when I came from out side at 4 pm the room door was opened and the towels not change the bath romm was not cleaan.

Information on train service, local site seeing / walk tour map, etc. Should allow guest to use atleast two hours after check-in time, if required.

Hotel's close proximity to Valkenburg rail station and city Centrum and free vehicle parking in a private lot at the hotel. Bathroom was clean. Most staff was friendly and helpful. Room and hallways in our wing of the hotel had a decidedly musty smell. Hotel should add some security to its one guest-accessible internet computer; a user (probably a guest's kid) apparently had been able to switch the default wallpaper to an inappropriate and offensive image.

Dinner (Menu) was excellent! The location is the centre of the city, and it was very quiet. The toillet and the shower cabin don't have enough space. Man feels very tight.

Friendly receptionist. Pre - arranged parking. Good breakfast. Good central position to the town centre. Rather tired decoration in our family room. Cramped with adition of bunk beds which had no ladder, or side bar to prevent a child from falling out (would not have been suitable if our children had been younger). Given one bottle of shower gel for 4 of us (to shower with each twice !) This hotel was expensive for an overnight stay, it had rather off putting list of 'rules' in the welcome brochure in the room and was old fashioned in its attitude to families

the relatively low price it is a four starr hotel, but when you use the television set in the room at normal volume, the neigbor starts instantaneously to knock on your door due to too much noise in his/her (in this case: her) room; the floor of my room was skewed (different levels at different sides of the room); the room had no window, but only a balcony door with a rather small window in it; all by all not the level of comfort you would expect from a 4 starr hotel!

The hotel was very convenient for a car show that we were attending. Unfortunately our stay in early July coincided with a heatwave and the lack of air-conditioning made it very difficult to get a good night's sleep, despite being loaned a fan for some of the time.

Staff very friendly and approachable. Breakfast service excellent. Lack of air conditioning was a problem. As was the location of the room on the first night (facing on to the main road). The temperature was very high and when the windows were opened the noise was incredibly loud. Although, it should be noted that when we requested a room change, this request was met.
