near center parking too expensive
It was a nice place to spend 4 days. The food was very good and the staff were attentive. Although Tea and Coffee making facilities were available, we were disappointed that we had to ask for them and there were not enough for every room and a number of our group had to missed out. We think that in an hotel of this standard and price, tea making facilities should automaticaly be in every room without the necessity of asking for them. We feelt that this was a gross oversight.
Brand new hotel, very modern, very clean, courteous staff, fabulous restaurant.
free parking and good location elevator was broken
the toillet was very dirty. They changed my room, and the cleanliness wasn't perfect too. The hotel room is not "recently renovated" as Booking.com write it ! it has at least 15 years old. Parking more expensive than the city street parking ! they call me at 11:10am to ask me to check-in even if it was the week end and of course nobody was in this hotel ! I'll never be back
One of our party lost his passport in Eindhoven. The staff were extremely helpful, and fortunately the passport was retrieved. Thanks to the girl on reception who couldn't have been more helpful, also to the manager who named the bar where we had spent the previous evening!!
Covenient centrally situated. the room looked 'tired', and badly in need of renovation.
The hotel was clean and comfortable and situated in a central location. The staff spoke good English and were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was expensive but very good. Cosy bar area.
Breakfast was excellent & Front Desk service was very helpful, especially Yolanda Cost of breakfast and parking was excessive.
Central location, overall appearance of the hotel, friendly staff, clean, stylish and spacious rooms. Food and drink at the hotel. Atmosphere of the hotel.
Hotel staff were very friendly; restuarant was excellent - much better than average for Netherlands
A cute little hotel in the pedestrian zone of Helmond, with a family atmosphere and a very good restaurant!
Sightseeing mostly The walls were thin and hence you coudl hear heated arguments in other rooms
It was central to everything (trains and restaurants). No fuss. Efficient staff. The single rooms were tiny and claustrophobic, with window opening onto the wall of a church.
The single rooms are very small. There is no elevator to the floors. The rooms rates are rather expensive for this kind of room.
Nothing, hotel is too expensive, rooms 2m x 2m , bathroom 1m x 1m. When you open a window you see in about 4 meters wall from the church , bells from the church every 30minutes, don't go over there.Room 21. Ask better what I like there. No parking place !
good location fair size room quiet at night so aids a good night sleep. bit more breakfast on offer.
Superb food and pleasant service
Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very hard to get to. It is on a closed road and the nearest road was also closed due to construction. My car's navigation system couldn't get me to the hotel and after driving around for quite a while, I finally had to resort to hunting for it on foot. The room was quite small and absolutely plain. That said, it was basically clean, the air conditioning worked better than most of the other hotels I used, and the bed was comfortable, if small.
It's quite basic & my room was just too small, On-suite impractical, food was a bit variable in quality but still edible. One of the bar staff will tell you any thing- i.e. all the large beer glasses have been thrown out, use a small one insted (no probelm really) only to be served with a large glass the next two evenings (when he was off),,, Why??
The staff and management were very attentive and helpfull. Nothing was to much troublle. We stayed two nights and had to leave early on one day and they even gave us a packed lunch. Will stay again.
the boss were very polite and the cook excellent the breakfast was a little poor
