Good breakfast Friendly staff Nice room with great balcony (de-luxe room) Good position close to the marina Noise of the motorbikes scurring about.
The staff was really friendly and helpful. We got a superior double room, however it was smaller than I had expected and it was quite noisy trafic just outside the window. The price was too high for this room.
The hotel staff was very friendly.
The room we had had great views and breakfast was brilliant, the room was spacious and good views. The staff were not overly friendly and they didnt seem to know what they were doing when we were checking in.
Location. Friendly and helpful staff. No view from room (enclosed balcony).
This is a very nice hotel, the rooms were clean and the personal very nice. The hotel also have a thermal pool with sulphur water, very nice and highly recommended if you don´t mind the smell :) The Hotel is very easy to access from the harbor, it´s walking distance (I geuss the closest hotel). The room we had also had a nice and roomy balcony. The location in regards to the harbour also means it´s located in one of the busiest locations on the island, which means a bit of noise and chaos when the boats departs/arrives, but this is really only a problem if you´re very sensitive about such things...
My request for balcony / sea view was not considered , and even not commented, though reservation made in March. Hotel staff not friendly.
The hotel is nice and the location is excellent but I think it´s expensive. The staff is friendly.
Easy to find from the ferry terminal. Has a decent but expensive bar down stairs. Very noisy - we could hear other people moving, etc easily. For the price, I expected much better rooms. It's not worth while to get a "sea view" there are a bunch of boats stored on the shore that block your view.
On the Isle of Stromboli, it was close to the dock and right on the sea. Close to a nice restaurant. Close to a nice beach. The staff were most helpful when I was stung by a jellyfish (medusa), while swimming. My first jellyfish sting! They called and directed me to the local medico and she fixed me right up. The room safe was full of toy cars. Interesting. I loved the red orange juice. I will definately return some day. Minor if any. The left side door to the small terrace had a broken latch, so it limited the use of the terrace. The motor scooters were noisy. But I say if you don't like motor scooters, don't come to Italy.
