Pros: Every aspect of our stay was awesome.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved how our room was soo homely and the live-in managers were super friendly we loved our chats with them. They were super warm and nice. The log fire in the lounge was just perfect and despite being cold the rooms were warm heaters were provided there was warm water in the showers and even the bathroom was heated. The property has been restored to its original 1880 look and is just perfect. The whole town of glenn innes is a delight. If you love a small town with beautiful old architecture buildings and quiet surroundings we would highly recommend the bank. We most definitely will be back

Pros: A beautiful old bank building with very comfortable facilities. We had our own bedroom, en-suite, loungeroom with fireplace and access to a full kitchen. The mattress was wonderfully comfortable. But the highlight of our stay was our very attentive hostess. She couldn’t do enough for us. Offer of fruit on arrival and sent us on our way with coffee, biscuits and fruit. Our cooked breakfast, included in the price was delicious. We recommend this B& B whole heartedly Jan and Shawn

Pros: Closest motel to a friend who was hosting an event I went to. The motel building is oldish but the bed is current and the bathroom has been updated. On the highway, at the edge of town - the foot paths and town lights don't extend out that far. Still only 2k from the center of town...
Cons: Window seal not that good - it was *very* windy and the window leak whistled all night; luckily I always travel with ear plugs.

2.9 Mediocre
Pros: It was pet friendly
Cons: The room smelled strongly of disinfectant, bed very hard & covered with black hairs, they advertised free wifi but we were unable to get it in our room, when questioned the hosts told us wifi was down because of NBN problem & bushfires yet we could log on when standing in the office. Bathroom needs updating, advertised electric blanket on bed but only 1 side of bed worked, bad repairs done to room & taped electrical cords, smoke detector hanging from ceiling, dog exercise area had lots of dog droppings even though host stated I must clean up after my dog, we found the hosts extremely rude
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Tv needs to be upgraded, they are very small otherwise everything was good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean. Well appointed. Good value.
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Cons: Staff were RUDE. Abused me when I asked for more toilet paper claiming there was plenty in the room. There was a tiny amount on the roll and none where they had the sign saying spare toilet rolls. Not enough towels in the room. When booking it says free WIFI. The WIFI does not work! Check out is 9am. They walked in at 8.30 with out knocking, while I was still in the shower. No apologise, all she said was. " oh your still here!" and walked back out. Rooms were dirty. Crumbs all through cupboard from toaster. Bugs in the toilet rolls. Stains on sheets, hair on the sheets. SMOKE DETECTOR NOT FITTED TO CEILING BUT JUST SITTING ON SHELF NEXT TO TV! Driving in owners dog ran out in front of my car. I had to stop so I didn't hit it. It then jumped up the side of my car scratching it. Owner just stood there and did nothing. Didn't call it back, didn't apologise. I just had to wait for it to move before I could park and check damage. When I did park and get put, the dog jumped in my car. Still nothing from owners, who were standing around talking. I had to get the dog out. The person they were talking to said, " you should probably call the dog back!" DOG POO ALL OVER THE GRASS AREA. Will never go back!!!!
