Staff, design, comfort Bath gives no privacy.
The staff were friendly and very helpful, the Hotel was clean and tidy.
The contemporary design which is a pleasant contrast with the historic little village of Glurns. Good food and very hospitable staff.
The hotel has a wonderful interior with first class accomodation. Its about 9 miles into Italy but is basically a German Hotel. The food and drink was inexpensive and very good pasta and meat dishes. Service was extremely quick. Flies in the restaurant were an annoyance
Very helpful service. The quadruple was a bit cramped and honestly looked like a triple that had a bed added temporarily. While designed well, some of the furniture was a bit confusing in terms of storage/usage. Biggest issue was the bathroom. There was a leak under the sink and the frosted glass panel in he shower that faces the room is really not frosted enough..
The place, the decoration, the location, the atmosphere, the underground garage. The restaurant could remain open a little longer during the night.
The staff were very helpful &, in particular, full of fun which we enjoyed The fittings in the room we were in were very modern and frankly lacked a little practicality (the absence of towel-rails for example)
The way we were made to feel welcome The window from the room into the bathroom, at night when someone went to the bathroom the light would wake up those who were sleeping. This was only minor and is no way as a complaint, just an observation
Fantastic setting, a modern very stylish and scrupulously clean hotel which is a credit to the family owners. The food was extraordinarily good - magnificent! There are no bad points!!!
Welcoming staff, yes attitude, great scenery. Highly recommended
Excellent restaurant and friendly helpful staff. Excellent facilities Location at first looks a little ordinary, but was fine.Towels not thick and fluffy! Also,My wife tripped on a step which could have been more visibly displayed. Staff however were very helpful in her distress
Spacious room with excellent bed, friendly owner and staff, no problem to change from half-board to B&B (see below) Forget about their restaurant, unless your doctor has prescribed a salt-free and spice-less diet. The man who pretends to cook (I refuse to call him "chef") prepared some of the dullest dinners we ever had. The Garden Park is actually quite difficult to find, even with (or maybe because of) an on-board navigation system. As it is close to an industrial estate, there is some traffic noise.
Excellent food and service
Book a suite if you can - fabulous rooms, peaceful, loads of space, nice jacuzzi, bathrobes etc. Good choice for breakfast and excellent 6 course meal as part of the half board package.
