The staff were very friendly and helpful during pickup and dropoff. Our car was clean promptly. The vehicle provided was larger than we expected, which was wonderful. Great, efficient, car with a smooth ride. The price was a fair value, and we would certainly rent from Enterprise in Williamsburg, VA again.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
The car we received was a perfect size. I love the gas mileage it got. We didn't have to spend a great deal of money on gas and time stopping to get gas. Helpful people at the airport and at the place we actually got the car from.Cons:
We did not know that the car rental place was not at the airport and there was not a shuttle to the place we had to pick up our car. That was a big shocker. The young lady at the airport called the place that we rented the car from and we were well taken care of. The car windows were so dirty that we couldn't see out of them at night. We had asked the guy who cleans the car to clean them again but even his second round of cleaning was terrible. He acted as if we were putting him out.Dollar
