nothing special no room minibar, counterpane on the bed was burned with cigarette, the all inclusive food wasn't enough varied, only good from the all inclusive drinks was still water, no room service, there's no bar or store that works at night so you can't buy a water or juice.
Nice placement, near to the sea, clean rooms, and facilities, friendly animation team. A lot a things to do, so you can not get bored at this hotel.
I think that Bolero is one of the best hotels in Golden Sands. There is nothing to complain about. Everything was over my expectations... exept the food, where they can add more diversity.

Excellent hotel , one of the best holidays i've had.The food was very good, big rooms, excellent facilities and the personal did the best for our comfort.The animation team is 10+, ceers Vladimir and Mimi. Could be better to extend the wi-fi range.As an advice for vizitors in Golden Sands watch out that in all the city U can find enterocolite virus for children.U'd better have the vaccin made for this desease if comming in Golden Sands.

I liked the services and the food, the rooms, the surroundings. The rooms from upper floors have great sea view. I didn't like that we couldn't find places at the pool, at least not if you wake up after 9 o'clock. Everything was occupied, people let the towels on the chairs and then went to eat. But the towels kept the chairs taken for the whole day. So this I didn't like at all.
The food is very good. The restaurant staff is very kind, always ready to help you. Greate animators/toys at the playing house. Very nice swimminng pool. Poor cleanliness of the bathroom, bad smell of the towels, hair on the sheets and bathroom floor. It is a 3rd stars hotel, not a 4th one.
Professional hotel staff, the room big and comfortable, with a beautiful view both to the seaside and the pool, the hotel is just a few steps from the beach. There was plenty of food, not very tasty, very hard to find something really good. We tasted, but it was not well cooked. The same opinion regarding drinks (soft or alcoholic). They need to improve the quality of food. We booked a table for dinner at the Italian a la carte restaurant, but we didn't find anything special, except staff's attitude and the environment.

Group fun, facilities, all inclusive services and value for money. Drinks supposed to be original were not (Finlandia, Jim Beam, Martini etc). All drinks were in original bottles but with different liquid (Bulgarian maybe). Compared with last year when I've been there 3 times, the prices went higher and the quality of services down, so I will skip this next year.

Service of the staff the bathroom was to small, water for the shower sucked, bc it would go from hot to cold and spit water out and does not give a steady stream of water. I have traveled Europe and been in many hotels however your sits right below average
Rooms are clean, staff speaks a bit English, access to Casino and some money to spend. Fairly good price for the room. Breakfast is impossible, very small room, lot of people, low food variety. Coffee is just a coloured water. Only 5 parking places in front of the hotel, to park the car u need to drive the entire resort to reach hotel parking place. Would clasify it to max 3 stars, not 4.
The amenities, such as swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna. Ideal for the business trip with wi fi in receiption area Mostly caters for people from east of Bulgaria, apart from the staff there were no English speaking people staying there and in our room all information was written in hebrew
The hotel has wifi, parking lots just in front, good food selection for the breakfast. Perfect value for the money. No suggestion, everything really nice.
- Very far from the beach! No parking space! We had to pay 10 euros/day for parking at another location! It has 100 rooms but only 10 parking spaces...We found spiders in every corner of the room!

Nothing especially, as compared with the expecations I had when I was choosing a 4 stars hotel. Maybe the swimming pool... and the nice restaurant in the backyard Lack of professionalism and customer oriented attitude from the staff side. The light system was broken in my room on the day I enterd the hotel, and a nice guy from he staff fixed it in front of my eyes by making a short-circuit in the card-enabled light device. The parking lot is ridiculously underdimenssioned as compared with the hotel capacity, and even you are obliged to pay for car parking, you may face the situation to look at your blocked car (by cars of the other tourists), if you had the "chance" to be one of the first visitors in the series. The competency of the staff in solving this ridicoulous situation was null. The breakfast is poor in alternatives and the food is not always fresh. For a cup of coffee or milk you have to wait a too long time in a queue for taking advantage of the sole coffee maker machine having only three choices: a so called "coffee" (I had better ones in my life), a mixture of the same nice coffee with milk, and... milk. The same situation if I wanted to have a juice (which actually had a profound drugs flavour). Even the souroundings looked promissing, the overal impression was that nobody made a cleanning and refreshement efforts in the last 12 months. At one moment I had the impression that I booked my rooms in a noisy under construction building site. A pneumatic hammer noise accompanied my familly's program along the entire Easter day.
The apartments are very big. The sheets weren't change in 5 days...

I liked the rooms. They are spacious. Private parking is free. The hotel doesn't accept credit cards and cash euro payment. The staff of the reception invited me to find an ATM and to make all payment in cash only in BGN. Other facilities (eg. outdoor pool) were out of order. The breakfast is served in the rooms but not earlier then 8.30. This could be explicable because during my staying at this hotel, very few apartments were occupied.

Everything about the hotel was more than ok. Breakfast was good, but it was the same every morning. The cleaning personnel changed our bed sheets on a daily basis and they were very careful not to be deprived of anything. On the other hand, the staff at the Reception desk was just awful. The person that claimed to be the manager of the hotel (in fact only a mere Front Desk responsible) - a bad-mouth 45-50 years old brunette that had as sole interests getting her money and offending guests - claimed payment the minute we arrived. If told, that we had never been asked for money in advance before, she started to shout and addressed my boyfriend with the line :"How can you live with such a woman?". She didn't care that we were customers and they should treat us likewise, but cried out the entire time I tried to talk her out of paying at the end of our staying: "no, you listen, now I talk". People like her should simply be isolated or taught some manners.

Very large and confortable rooms (actually apartments). A noisy wedding hosted on saturday night (fortunately it finnished around 1:00 AM). We have reserved 3 rooms, of the same type and same price (according to booking). When we paid, they charged us more for one of the rooms (50% more). They said that this was the information received from Booking. They didn't want to consider the printed confirmation from booking.com
The rooms and the facilities are great. The pool, although is in the same complex, must be paid.
