9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff was wonderful. My shuttle driver was the kindest man. The cleanliness is top notch. My room at the cottage was lovely and very comfortable. The food was amazing. The pool was wonderful and regularly stocked up with towels. The grounds are well-maintained and look wonderful, and they are just what you need when you want to explore or sit back and relax with a book.
Cons: The outlet in the bathroom of the cottage I stayed at didn't work. My orientation was an hour and a half before my tea time, (which is way too early) and I never received a welcome bag with robe until I asked for one later on. As a new guest to the spa I didn't know what to expect, so I found myself waiting around a lot before I could enjoy the amenities. I also had to wait around to be shown to my cottage.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: A very warm, welcoming feeling throughout the facility including the cottages. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Location is beautiful.
Cons: Spa facilities on the men’s side could use an update. Restaurant staff could use help, seem a little understaffed at times, have someone help by clearing tables.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The massage was great!
Cons: The weather. Beyond your control ....
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The spa treatments are fantastic, and the food is exceptionally good, with wonderful and courteous wait staff. The spa is busy, but manages to maintain a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere
Cons: A little crowded around pool and steam room; lots of people had trouble with the lockers!
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Not recommend.
Cons: They asked which masssage my parents want through by e-mail, but only available to get “Pure aroma massage” 30minuate one. Their employee asked 75 dollar extra for 30 minutes more. “Pure aroma massage is $130 for 1 hour, if so then $10 more extra, because we can choose upto $120 included in all inclusive package. The truth is they lie to my parents. I called and complained, so I got $45+$45 (total $90) back. They asked me to spend $90 at their gift shop, but I rejected. 1. Breakfest : Sausage completed burn 2. Massage quality awful 3. Lie on price (Swindler) Etc... So many more disappointments. Expensive, but not worthy. Very very dispointing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful - not a care in the world. Can’t wait to see the new hydrotherapy pools! Next time we’ll come when we are able to use the outdoor pool and trails too!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The food was absolutely amazing! So much to choose from and the choices were very versatile and the staff were very accommodating with my dietary needs! I really appreciated the substitutions and variations that were offered to me in place of items I was not able to consume. Thank you especially to Derek!
Cons: I really didn't find anything to dislike! We really enjoyed every aspect of the spa! If I were to find a fault, it would be that there wasn't enough time to be able to enjoy everything. We did take in and do as much as we possibly could with the time we had....
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Pure relaxation.

Pros: I grew up a mile from this hotel. Great fun to be in my old area. Hotel is new. I’ll stay again for sure.
Cons: Beds were ok. 7/10. Pillows were 10/10
10.0 Excellent
Cons: I really wish for breakfast they would use proper dishes or compostable things. There's no recycling anywhere and I feel like there's so much single use plastics.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Not one thing.
Cons: John behind the counter had an issue with my spouse and I from many years ago in 2014 when he worked at the dingy little dive motel off the hwy 401 and I believe he holds a grudge against us since. Up until now we were regular returning guests here, we are clean polite people to host and the last room was a dump, full of flies. Nobody asked how our stay was. This time around, John at the main desk just smiled smugly and said we can't rent you a room, you two are on a do not rent to list. He refused to say how that could happen, just shrugged and smiled. It was the highlight of my worse night in years. Maybe I still look like a kid but the fact is I'm nearing 40 and all I needed was a place to rest my tired back that night. For as long as I live and as long as my boyfriend lives we won't let any friends go to that place. I spent the night sleeping in my car in -3C. You people should be ashamed.

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The room was fairly clean.
Cons: The place stinks. Crack heads in the building "i think they live there". Door handles falling off. Dirty lobby. The staff asked us to help them jimmy a door open. Door keys failed several times.
4.0 Okay
Pros: No clean towels and bed was dirty Room is suppose to be non smoking and it stunk of cigarette smoke.
Cons: Slippery floor and no sign. Tripping hazard
4.0 Okay
Cons: Dead black flies on the floor in the closet and lots of flies around the back of the hotel and on my car the next morning. The girl running front desk in the morning was on her smartphone while checking me out, didn't ask how my stay was, felt unwanted.

Pros: The location of this property has to be seen to be believed, right by Lake Ontario and within walking distance of Cobourg which has many restuarants etc., Mine host, Jane is very attentive and the facilities in the property are very good. Will definately return here sometime in the future.
Cons: Not a thing that I can think of

Pros: Beautiful lakeside setting, lovely host, very comfortable , reasonably priced. We’d definitely go back and have recommended it to friends who have family in Cobourg. Absolutely lovely home with gorgeous gardens. Very private entrance with shaded porch. If we had stayed longer than one night, we would have spent some time relaxing and reading on the porch, and enjoying the lake.
Cons: Some reviews noted complained that it was “cluttered”, but we felt it had character and personality. We preferred it to more stark, clinical lodgings. The only thing that could be improved was the headboard/bed frame was a bit rocky. Very comfortable bed, but we were concerned at first that it might collapse. Very minor thing and fixable.

Pros: Great location, lovely views, private covered patio.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect for a short walk to se the sights or have a great meal .
Cons: The location could have been quieter but that was out of the hosts control.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location was great with the lake touching the back yard. The back yard looked very restful and appealing for the summer months. We were there in the winter but the scenery was still beautiful
Cons: The place had too much clutter. All the tables , chairs, desks, amours, etc gave little room to move. There were too many knick knats and therefore it probably was difficult to clean. when I first entered I was approached by two big dogs, which did not leave me with a good impression with the place. Sorry but, My wife and I would not stay at this place again or recommend it.
7.1 Good
Pros: Near the beach
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Totally relaxed atmosphere in a beautiful location. Jane provided everything we could want and more.
Cons: Nothing!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It was a lovely location, and I am sure in the summer the beach would be lovely. The accommodations were clean, quiet and well supplied. Jane was a lovely hostess, providing us with lots of information on the room and the town itself. Everything worked well (including the WiFi!). Parking off road was a nice bonus for a B&B. Would definitely consider this spot again in the future.
Cons: Cozy is an accurate description. The pull-out bed was the sofa in the sitting room, and we decided it was to close in there to bother to pull the thing out. Fortunately, the sofa itself was full size and more than comfortable enough to sleep on. I don't know that I would want to have an extended stay at the spot due to the closeness, but for a few nights, it was a good spot.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent. The breakfast can be a little as you like or prepare to sit down to something far more elaborate.
Cons: For some people the proximity to active railway tracks might be a turn off, but I like trains and if you do this is a great spot for some good old fashion rail fanning. CP and CN tracks both close by.

Cons: The trains while passing through Brighton, sound their horn, and this may disturb some guests. It did not disturb us,

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was excellent. This was our first B&B experience so we were a bit apprehensive but Tracy was an awesome host and everything exceeded our expectations. This is a beautiful home in a great location for enjoying Cobourg beach and downtown shops and restaurants. The rooms look like they're right out of a decor magazine photo shoot. Bathroom is modern, clean and well laid out. Backyard is spacious, impeccably landscaped and has a beautiful pool at your disposal. Tracy clearly takes pride in her home but is also an excellent host - very friendly, hospitable and accommodating... could not have asked for more. The kids had a blast and most of all LOVED playing with Poppy the puppy ... a very friendly and well behaved Goldendoodle.

Tracy and Scott are very friendly and they share their house with great hospitality. The beach is in walking distance and also the restaurants. It was really great and beautiful.

Pros: The town itself looks like a hallmark movie, the property is in a lovely neighbourhood walking distance from the Main Street and metres from the water. The whole house is immaculately decorated (I took lots of photos for inspiration) and Tracy is such a warm and welcoming host. The bedroom is large and airy, the shared bathroom is a great size, the shower is incredible! Opt for the breakfast as its home cooked, plentiful and varied by day. The pool is gorgeous and the outdoor area is perfect in the day for sunbathing or evening for relaxing with a glass of wine and a book
Cons: Not a single thing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a FIVE STAR BnB. Super clean and immaculate.Tracy is a lovely host and Her breakfast was awesome !!Heated pool .walk in shower and nice yard and sitting area indoors .
Cons: I really didn't like parking on the street even though there was very little traffic .
9.0 Excellent
Pros: While this place is advertised as a BED AND BREAKFAST for $120, I was taken aback to be told if I wanted breakfast that would be $15.00 extra. Tracy did explain that she wanted people to have a choice. I was most happy with the room and the facilities and the location. Tracy was very pleasant, her dog, Poppy, was delightful. But I was surprised to find out that aBED AND BREAKFAST did not include BREAKFAST.
