Starting with the stringy towels (The kind that you would use to wash the dog) The one bar of soap, very small. The $9.95 a day charge for internet. The security bar for th door that was loose and stuck thought I was stuck in the room. No refrigerator and a small ice bucket. It help exactly two small glasses of ice. I was shocked that this was a Sheraton The desk clerks new nothing about our event or that the event had a block of rooms reserved. I will not stay there again.
Entering the premises from highway is awkward and puzzle-like, even with GPS. It is advertised as a non-smoking premises, while our room had a strong, terrible odor of stale tobacco smoke!
Seems in need of a renovation - lots of things in room not quite right. TV didn'the work, A/Canadian struggled, ripped blind, stained carpet. Didn'the like paying for WiFi separate, but when I did, slow, slow, slow.
The comfort of the room, access to the pool, room service, the price, and the quick check in and out. What I didn't like was that me and my children were placed in a room (some short in communication between front desk and person checking the room), with a man we did not know. He was coming out of the bathroom, when we entered the room. Thank God he was nice, and also very understanding. That could have turned out bad since my daughter was the first to enter the room.
Clean hotel, comfortable beds -Very difficult to locate even with GPS -Sink was made for hobbits -Who doesn't offer free wifi with the hotel room these days? -Staff seemed untrained and uninformed about the local area or between shifts (the night shift didn't really know how to handle misinformation between different shifts)
Very clean hotel. Seemed well run. Parking was difficult
The nice part of the hotel was the location and appearance. The worst part was being accused of stealing by w staff member who was not on the clock. She called my boyfriend and I "these people". Her tone of voice and attitude was completely uncalled for especially at 4am. Also the room above mine smelled like cigarettes because the people above were smoking. My room has no fridge so I could not store the food I paid for so that was thrown away and a waste of money. In the morning my breakfast order was messed up twice which was also paid for. The room above or below mine was playing music till 5am. My boyfriend and I had no sleep.
the pool was nice for the kids and we had adjoining rooms off the highway so the noise we were not used too
The staff was fantastic. The hotel was beautiful and had everything you could want. The mattress was warped and we could not get comfortable.
Lots of amenities, pool, fitness center, nice lounge So large parking is sometimes a bit far, however, plenty space available.
I wish my room had had an outer curtain so I could push the heavy one aside during the day without feeling exposed. Also as a single woman I was a bit concerned about how long it took for the door to close.
Well kept and clean. There were however, plenty of snacks and coffee and tea available Breakfast wasn't free
Quietness Work in progress
Great-clean etc. I would stay here again! Only 2 tissues in bathroom!
The rooms were clean Paid less at the Holiday Inn Express the week prior and received more - free breakfast, free parking. HIExpress rooms seemed more modern.
Very nice place, very nice people...would stay again. No breakfast included
Staff was very nice and professional. Facility was well kept The mattress was uncomfortably soft. Woke up with a backache.
The staff are on the whole very courteous and helpful.
staff clean NOISE all night in halls kids until 5 am police etc Wedding
This is my third stay at this hotel. The hotel has free parking, a decent breakfast (included with stay), and is right next to a Starbucks and 99 (great steak tips). The rooms are clean and and staff have always been polite. The in-room mini fridge is large enough to be useful; although I do wish there were a microwave in the room as well. The Keurig in the room allows someone to come prepared with their own K-cups rather than rely on the Diedrich Coffee "Morning Edition Blend." ( I think they need to step up their maintenance / room inspections. This trip the shower curtain rod was not fully secured to the wall -- screws were loose -- so the shower curtain wouldn't stay closed; it kept sliding down because the center of the rod was hanging lower than the ends. The clock radio also was randomly making noises (buzzing sounds) even when turned off. The noise was rather regular, so housekeeping should have noticed it while cleaning the room. Other than that everything was great.
The bed was soft, the room was clean. They had a nice business room. The location is good if you want Worcester downtown. The walls aren't very sound proof, all night we heard doors slamming (they slam really hard whether you want them too or not). I could hear every word of the argument in the room next to me. The breakfast wasn't very good, the coffee was okay but what do you want for free.
Breakfast room was large and well stocked. Good restaurant within walking distance. Room was large, clean and comfortable.
My stay was absolutely worth every penny. My room was clean, comfortable, quite warm (since it was in the negatives). I could stay they for more than just a night if needed. I did not like the fact that the receptionist at the front desk when asking for my card for incidentals, she failed to explain the $50 fee that was taken out of my account. I would've have been perfectly content with the fee if I was told about it when checking in. Although my room was perfect, I feel the curtains do not do justice in terms of privacy for I can see outside to the front of the hotel.
The staff was incredibly pleasant and helpful, room was clean and very nice and the breakfast was great! I would most certainly stay again. We were in town for a concert and the venue was within walking distance. Super easy!
The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Everyone i encountered at the hotel was friendly. Our housekeeper Roxi was very nice.
The toilet rocked around when you sit on it, the shower valve was leaking at a good pace.
Hotel provided shuttle service for marathon runners and was exceptionally organized. Rooms were great. Restaurant service wonderful Can't think of anything they missed
It was the perfect stay before the Boston Marathon. They had everything needed to be prepared for the race... good Italian food close by, a fridge in the room, great breakfast in the morning, and even a shuttle to the start of the race!
The rooms were nice, comfortable. I ordered room service, food was very good, service was fast, servers were very friendly and helpful. Good location, lots of restaurants around. It was quiet around our rooms save for a little construction noise, very enjoyable. Got cookies upon arrival : ) There were some pounding noises due to construction on the floor below, but not too bad. I was sleeping late, so it woke me up around 10 am on Sunday, which surprised me. Their tv service could be better - no on demand channels and no tv guide channel to know what was coming up next.

Everything was fantastic! Quiet and clean, with a great location too! Loved the pool and hot tub. Delicious continental breakfast with friendly people and ample parking! A perfect get-away! Thumbs up!! No issues at all.
Clean, comfortable. No pay per view, A/C was difficult to operate.
Clean rooms and great breakfast No
The woman at the counter was great and so was the breakfast. Nope. Nothing bad.
Clean, nice decor. Wireless connection. Staff helped with directions and map to restaurant. And I am Gene from NAUGATUCK CT Minor The shower curtain is in two layers of the same color. Didn't notice so both layers were put in the tub and got wet. Change one to a contrasting colro
The rooms were really really clean.... And everything was new.... I had to change rooms because they did not have what' I booked ....
Plenty of parking and near the highway The people upstairs that morning were loud and I was woke because I could hear them . Nothing for breakfast in the area and breakfast bar was too crowded . Went to gas station and had a pop tart
Unfortunately we had to cancel but at the time of booking I was not told that If I cancelled would be charged the full amount of my room charge. I contacted the Courtyard in Worcester and they informed me that it was third party reservation and there was no refunds. The cancellation was due to an emergency operation on my wife after the operation she couldn't travel. I'm very disappointed with your organization not explaining this policy at time of booking. I plan on showing my displeasure by posting a review and comment on Face Book and Ripoff.com You can contact me with questions at email@example.com
The staff was very nice, informative and helpful. I learned that booking a Marriott through Kayak, they don't give you any of the rewards points you get when you book directly through Marriott. Of course, booking a Marriott through Kayak was less expensive than booking one through the Marriott itself. I think that is ridiculous. Also, the hotel is overpriced for the location, and half the parking lot is under construction making parking a very difficult task.
The beds were comfortable There was a screaming crying baby in the to right next door. They also had workers directly outside our window banging away in the roof at 7am working in construction. It was awful! We were up all night due to these and they would not give us a credit for being rudely awoken.
The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. It wasn't pet friendly.
Welcoming, comfortable and convenient
Beautiful and family oriented place. Very Quiet and staff was extremely pleasant. There was a sign that said there was coffee from 6am to 10pm. This was not the case. I missed breakfast but figured I could still get coffee on my way out, but the employee there at the time said that they dont offer coffee all day. Only at breakfast because of financial reasons. So i was pretty bummed out about that.
Quiet, quaint, homey, convenient to center of cute town. Nothing fancy, but clean, comfortable, quiet, with a courteous staff. Free breakfast offered a good selection.
their service of their owners and people - they were very accomodating and helpful
Comfortable bed. Friendly & courteous staff. Good breakfast and coffee all day. Ample well-lit parking. The window could not be opened and the air from the air system was not fresh at all. I think a previous guest may have broken the no smoking rule.
The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly GPS cant pick up were the hotel is exactly so don't rely on that to get you to the hotel. The hot tub was broken the entire time and the breakfast was subpar with the food not very well stocked.
They serve you in plastic cups. No restaurants. It says breakfast included but there is only a basket at the reception with a pile of croissants. Beautiful view over the trucks, therefor, you better not change your clothes in your room with no closing the curtains.
We were delight with the staff and the hotel. There was a guy at the front desk (the one from Albania) who was very charming and addressed us to a very good place to have dinner around.
The room was comfortable, clean everything was fine. Nice breakfast spread and why don't all hotels have free wi-fi throughout?

Friendliness of the staff. Bathroom was very clean. Bed was so comfortable. Things were a little dusty. Found a bottle of water behind the nightstand.
The room size was great. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Would defiantly return. my room was charged for dinner that we didn't have. The staff correct this but today I noticed another $66.00 cage to my credit card. Hope this gets resolved as easy. Don't understand how the signature isn't checked when a room is being charged for meals.
Staff was helpful. Good vibe in lobby. Breakfast and complimentry snacks was very good. Would stay again.

I booked the room site unseen. I needed a suite because I was traveling with my daughter and I had a business meeting in Worcester. It's a large business hotel...huge, in fact, with a very nice lobby and very friendly staff. We stayed overnight only, but the room was clean. I slept on the couch, which was comfortable. Again, we had a short stay, but it was pleasant and a good value for the money.
Suite styles, use good shampoos and products. Love that they help host Helpful Hands Charity
The room, price, amenities. It was a hockey tournament weekend, lots of boys being unsupervised and raising heck all over hotel. Jumping and diving into pool, again no supervision by adults.
actual suite, with 'living room/ kitchen' as well as bedroom. Complimentary breakfast and evening 'manager's reception' On leaving, left bad taste in my mouth when I discovered that using the water bottles provided added on a cost of $5 per bottle. It's not the cost that bothered me - it's the fact that there was no indication that there would be a charge.
The location, the pool and the breakfast. It was cold in the main hallways. Overall a great place to stay.
Full breakfast, good parking and nice lobby area Bed was uncomfortable
The rooms were spacious and very clean. The breakfast was excellent..There was plenty to choose from, fresh fruit, oatmeal, eggs, pancakes and many other options. My only disappointment was choosing to eat dinner at the restaurant. We waited 30 mins.to be seated when there were many empty tables. Our food took 30 mins. and ine person in our party sent her food back twice because it wasn't what she ordered. POOR!
Excellent condition and attention. Very comfortable rooms Kind of bad the free WiFi and, nowadays, I won't be paying 5 bucks for the few time I'm in hotel and want to chat with my family after my long work day...
Staff and comfort Some days cleaning in room was not good
After spending multiple weeks on the road, I felt a great deal of comfort at The Residence Inn Worcester. The staff was amazing from start to finish. The room always smelled fresh. on either Monday or Tuesday, there kitchen attendant who was highly unprofessional .. seemed really unhappy, while throwing food around, and carelessly moving from dining room to back room. White woman, with a ponytail.
Room was large and spacious. Nice fill-the-fridge service option. I did not use this, but have never seen this offered before. Innovative.
This place was really quiet and very generous while my stay. I only was there for one night, due to my training I had for the weekend, but I got a chance to take a tour myself and did love the cleanliness of the hotel. Food was great at the hotel. Do recommend it !
Welcoming staff Clean room Everything worked Nothing to dislike
Pool only open 12-9 pm. Big disappointment to us as we would have picked elsewhere had we known.
The room was newly renovated. It was extremely clean and comfortable. It was quiet and private feeling. The queen bed that we had was very comfortable. We had a suite, which was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast that was provided was filling and of good variety and quality, especially for a hotel breakfast. The wifi was easy to connect to and plenty fast. The staff was especially friendly and helpful. We needed directions for transportation and restaurants and they went out of their way to make sure that we were given clear instructions and quality suggestions. The price that we received through using Kayak gave us a great suite at the price of most small rooms elsewhere. I really couldn't have been much happier with our stay. The breakfast staff could do a little better job at washing the dishes and utensils more carefully. There were a few times that I had to leave a plate or fork laying on the counter because it wasn't sufficiently clean. They did a great job of keeping up with the number of people eating each morning though.
Left clothing in closet and called 2 days later and they did not find or know anything about it.
very nice room and quite no pool
Easy on off highway and pleasant atmosphere despite location being away from it all. Good they had everything you might need, food, shop and fitness. no breakfast included. Although I did see a table of muffins but wasn't sure if they were complimentary. No problem just to grab a coffee and croissant from Starbucks and I was on my way. If they had pet facilities I'd stay more often.
We left our pillow in the room, is there any way we can get mailed to us? The mirror on the bathroom door had a childs finger prints on it.The AC was going on and off all night, waking us up. The sheets looked like they were not changed (very wrinkled).
Helpfulness of staff, closeness to event I was attending (at the trade center) Cash machine was broken and staff could not give cash back on credit card; very inconvenient as most people don't have cars. Also would be good if hotel shuttle went to train station.
No Way to get to shopping or highway walking from hotel
Friendly & helpful staff....facility of a late checkout... location suited
Clean, well placed close to 495 exit, quite place, snack at the bar is good enough to stay for lunch or dinner. There is a dancing place open on Friday and Saturday nights, depending where is your room you may have trouble to sleep before 2AM.
The location was excellent for the various places we wanted to go to. Their food services were very good and the people associated with those particular services were excellent. We constantly had to request towels because they were not always replaced when they removed used towels.
Really nice and very friendly staff.
great staff, especially in the restaurant. the place is really for trade show people. i was just a generic visitor to Boston, and probably should have stayed at a smaller hotel.
The breakfast buffet was good. The room we booked with Kayak was not the room we were given at the hotel. After a lengthy discussion they moved us to the renovated floor. Please note they were telling us it was Kayak's issue. I am sketicple now to book again through your site and or stay at that hotel again.
Unrestricted wireless Internet access. No complimentary breakfast of any kind.
Next door to the show I was attending
