Pros: The rooms were ensuite and very clean and modern. The staff were also very helpful.
Pros: The receptionist was exeptional, and the room was very nice and big
Cons: The WIFI was fast but hard to reach in the room
Pros: This is a very comfortable and clean hotel just north of the beach (5 min walk). Staff were good. My room was upgraded to large double with a huge terrace looking towards the sea which made it great value. Nothing bad to say
Pros: The rooms was clean and spacy. We had aircondition although we didn't request it.
Cons: The location on booking.com was wrong at the time of our booking. It is not directly at the beach but instead you need to cross the street. We would have chosen another place if we would have known that. Check on openstreetmap.org for the correct location.
Pros: Loved everything about the property. Definitely the nicest room, the best value for money and the best vibe on the whole trip. The photos of the spacious suite room and balcony don’t do it justice. Would loved to have stayed longer, but had to take my flight back home.
Cons: Everything was great
Pros: We chose an air-conditioned room with a pleasant terrace from which we could catch a glimpse of the ocean. The hotel was very quiet, and the staff went out of their way to please. An excellent breakfast was served on our private terrace which was a nice surprise!
Cons: Although the room was beautifully furnished, there was no wardrobe or anywhere else to hang up our shirts and jackets. But, apart from this, we were very satisfied with the room facilities.
Pros: Located close to central Popo and the beach, nice bar across the street. The building seems new and is clean, has hot water and the WiFi worked with no issues and fast for me (many other reviews rated it quite low). Friendly staff.
Cons: Despite aircon being listed I was not given a remote and it was unplugged so just had a fan to use. Luckily the sea breeze was strong but if it’s listed as an amenity it should be available.
Pros: Epic staff - even let me use his phone when I lost mine. Super attentive

Pros: The staff was very helpful especially to me who did not speak French. They even helped me get a ride back to Cotonou.
Pros: Serene environment, food is expensive but tastes pretty good. A/c was working, everywhere was clean. Manager can speak English but other staff can’t. Very welcoming environment.
Cons: Breakfast is not complementary, WiFi does not get to the rooms. You can only use WiFi in the restaurant or around the pool.
Pros: Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice especially Ghaston and Mandela.
Pros: I loved the location of the resort it exceeded my expectations
Cons: Mosquitoes and the beds were abit small
Pros: Place is really nice and there is the great pool area.
Pros: Trees and beach
Pros: The hotel was amazing. We arrived at around 2:30 am due to flight delays and border issues, but the keys to our rooms were left with the security at the location. We were thankful. The staff was friendly and patient with our group, especially as we didn't speak any French (except Oui, Oui, and Merci). The food was mostly tasty, the rooms came with mosquito nets and there was running water (you have to leave the shower running for a bit to get hot water). I have to commend Gaston (the manager - général). He helped us with translation whenever he was around, he was helpful with everything. And when we needed to get a bank to withdraw money (we underestimated how much we would eat at the hotel), he took me on his motorcycle around Come, looking for ATM's that worked with MasterCard. I really appreciated that. Thank you, Gaston. The whole location was neat and beautiful. The beach was clean and the locals were friendly.
Cons: As non-french speakers, we found it hard to order food off the menu. It would be nice if the menus could be translated into English, though Gaston did his best when he was around and we used Google translate to get a general idea of what we were trying to order. The Wifi was not so good. We had to leave our rooms to be able to use the internet. It would be nice to have a Spectra Outdoor Modem. That would serve the whole premises.
Pros: It is a great place to stay, beautiful and the staff is great. We loved the location.
Cons: The cost of the rooms is also good but we preferred to eat outside the hotel as the cost of the food is a little expensive. We are our breakfast and one supper at Chez Chef Paterne and another dinner at Boca del Rio. That is my only complaint, they try to make too much of a profit on the food and drinks.
Pros: The friendly Staff. The unique location.
Cons: Weak wifi signal in the deluxe rooms
Pros: Nice rooms

Pros: The Chef de cuisine. Every meal was outstanding. Excellent presentation.
Cons: There's room for improvement?
Pros: Gorgeous setting, the best food we had in the country!! And excellent staff!!
Cons: Loved everything
Pros: The best surroundings in Grand Popo, the views steal the show.
Cons: The menu should be more varied, if you are staying more than 2 days you will eat at every meal the same dishes...
Pros: The staffs and everyone was amazingly nice . Food excellent. I was really impressed
Pros: Location is wonderful. Restaurant also very good
Cons: Had to change room first dark and uncomforable. Rating is for second room.
Pros: Location was great, rooms were comfy, restaurant had a relatively good selection and was decently priced.
Cons: The pool is terrible - not big or deep enough, and full of salt water mixed with chemicals that ruined my jewellery (never in 10 years been negatively affected by getting in a pool or the sea before). The restaurant staff were unfriendly and not service-minded, we had to ask for everything and they were unhappy with questions. For lunch we had to wait 90 minutes for our food.
Pros: It was amazing! The beach was beautiful! Pictures don’t do it justice! It is an amazing place.
Cons: There weren't more activities on the beach.
Pros: The thing that stands out most from this hotel is clearly its beautiful location. The beautiful mansion surrounded by a spacious garden is directly connected to a remote beach. The room was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Although swimming in the sea was not possible, the pool was very nice and the hammocks and chairs on the beach were great. Food in the restaurant also very recommendable. Perfect place to relax!
Cons: The faucet of the sink was leaking a lot of water, which seemed a bit like a lack of maintenance. The room was scarcely lit and I was glad to have airconditioning since the room and walls felt quite humid.
Pros: Restaurant is good.
Cons: 1. Menu is OK but over priced. 2. Room was not nice. It was clean but very old and rusty.
