Everything was crisp that could be replaced; the room itself showed age and wear. The linens were nice as was the furniture, but there was a lot of wear on the carpet and stains that came through. The new door was secure - however, it did not fit the doorframe's original locking system. In addition, the swing bar lock was poorly placed and did not add any security whatsoever. The pool area and guest bathrooms in the main lobby were excellent. They were updated and maintained very well. The desk attendant was kind, but we only interacted with one person our entire stay. The staff kept to themselves. Breakfast was provided in individually wrapped packages (due to COVID restrictions). Overall, for the price we were able to get through Kayak, it was worth our extended stay.
Pros. A very nice clean hotel with a good breakfast and an indoor pool and hot tub. The pool was heated to what felt like 90 degrees and the hot tub was about 102 degrees. Very nice place to stay. We will stay here on our next trip to Greeley.
