The staff was friendly and at least tried to fix the issues I had, but were unsuccessful for the most part.
Rooms with a single bed did not have king sized beds. The key card door to the outside did not work. Anybody could get in. I could not get the playoff game that was working on the lobby tv. Had to get staff to fix tv so we could get anything.
Very friendly staff and comfortable beds. Large, spacious room.
Cleanliness and refrigerator
Trying to figure out the very elaborate remote to get the tv to work. Even the staff member who came up to help us struggled with it. Also wish it had a breakfast or a pool
It's convenient to the interstate, but that's about it!
The rooms are VERY outdated. Our room was filthy. There were stains on the bathroom door, the window sill was disgusting and completely black, the chair in the room was filled with crumbs, the light was broken, and stains all over the walls. Not pleased.
Cost was high given relatively few amenities.
It was located off the main street and the staff was extremely helpful.
When we checked out in the morning it smelled strongly of raw sewer.
Staff were nice.
Upon booking I could not choose the type of room and when we got there they had us in a room with one bed when our family required two. The hotel was booked, along with all other hotels in the area. Our girls had to sleep on the floor for two nights.
There was a whole room where one, as self service, could buy various snacks, beverages and simple meals. As there was no restaurant this was a good substitute.
When staying more than one day i would expect the bed made etc. before the next day. That didn't happen.
To be honest the best part of staying here was the fact that I only had to be here when I went to sleep what little I got.
To be brief. Upon arrival to our room when my wife pulled back the covers to the bed not only was there a massively long black hair in the sheets they also had multiple stains. If that wasn't enough the pillows all 4 of them also had stains.
Room was clean, furnitures are nice and convenient pantry. Staff were responsive to your needs.
We would stay here again. It was clean. Staff was friendly. Nothing fancy about this place. Basic needs are met. It's located not far from downtown Indy and hotels in that area were very expensive. Good location if you want to save $$
The staff was very friendly and it is nice to have a refrigerator and stove. It was clean.
The furniture was very worn and looked awful. The bed was small and I thought it was uncomfortable, but my wife liked the bed. It is supposed to be a suite, but I expect two rooms for a suite. TV was small and just not impressive.
