Pros: Enterprise called to confirm the day before, which was great because I would not have realized the pickup I needed wasn't the pickup I scheduled.

Pace car for the wedding
Pros: I liked the car overalls performance and availability of the car I wanted.
Cons: The line for check in, the underlying fees that add up at the end. Having to use two cards for billing purposes.

Good service, lousy ride.
Pros: Service was very good. First time anyone has walked me out reviewed the rental and pointed important items.
Cons: Comfort was lacking. Without cruise control I had to be on the gas pedal. That in combination with seating positions allowed car vibrations to cause pain in leg, ankle and foot. I had to stop every 2 hours to get relief. Okay local car very poor traveling car.of all the many rental cars, this one was the worst.

Pros: From the beginning to the end of this process Enterprise representatives are excellent!
Cons: If you use a debit card they pull your credit, beware of that. If you use an actual credit card they don't. This is really dumb I think.

Cons: The car had a bad transmission and the dealer wanted to argue that it was normal for the car to act that way. I couldn't use the Hertz for the planned trip and was forced to borrow my son's car, instead. My son take the car back to the dealer the next day in my absence, only to be told that because he was not the "Primary Driver", there would be no refund, but rather a "Voucher" for a future rental. Hmmmm.

Cons: I prepaid for a 4 day rental, first mistake. Due to family emergency our plans changed. Branch manager would not try to work with the situation, even change to a 1 day rental. If you prepay, no chance for a refund. One reason I prepaid was to hopefully have an easy in and out transaction. Nope, car was not ready for the scheduled pickup time. 25 min. wait. Was offered an upgrade that was ready, for additional charge. Luckily with the change in plans I didn't travel far. When I went to refill fuel before returning the car, the access panel to the fuel tank would not open. Called the Road Side Assistance #, who was very courteous (Billy) was told he would take care of fuel charges. Returned to the branch told them about the issue. It took 2 people to open access panel, 1 to hold the release, 1 to pry open panel. I was traveling alone. Was then told I needed to go fill it up. This location is very convenient for me, but I will never use them again. VERY POOR.

Pros: The car was nice and served our purpose for the trip.
Cons: we had reserved a full size vehicle and when we went to pick it up they did not have one as someone did not return a car on time, so we settled for a mid size. They did give us a free tank of gas for our trouble and added a second driver for free as this normally has a steep charge. We also go hit with a large toll fee after the trip that was about $25.00 more than the actual tolls were as this is a fee they tack on to handle the tolls.
