10.0 Excellent
Pros: Exceeded expectations. Very clean, amazing bed, amenities were wonderful. The bistro, the courtyard obviously. I had a west mountain facing room on the 2nd floor. Perfect views of the mountains. The sliding doors and balcony were nice too.
Cons: You can hear music from Fiddler's Green, which is across the interstate, but still nearby. This is either good or bad, depending on who's playing.
6.6 Good
Pros: the lobby was nice and staff was accommodating
Cons: Bed was too soft/hot. Wall mounted AC was noisy. There were long hairs on the sheet when i first arrived and turned back the covers - assume it was housekeeper's hair. Drink prices in lobby were ridiculous. Room didn't have a little refrigerator. Bathroom was tiny. Generally, value for money vs. nearby hotel properties is low.

7.1 Good
Pros: The room was clean more than adequately sized and definitely did the job . The pool was closed for the winter but the hot tub was available but I did not use it use it . It was just too cold outside . The desk staff were friendly and very helpful .
Cons: When I got my Corredor on the third floor and I was walking to my room I couldn't help but notice the strong smell of marijuana . Once I got into my room it was fine but the corridor just smelled. The breakfast was OK but I was expecting a little bit more hot options .
3.1 Mediocre
Pros: Good location.
Cons: The first room was next to gang bangers and was freezing when we moved in at 60 degrees. The second room had an air conditioning unit that didn't work and we had to sleep with the window open next to the freeway. Terrible experience and front desk staff would not do any price adjustment. Won't be staying at La Quinta again - we moved to Hampton Inn after this visit for less money and a much better experience
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was great. Good breakfast.
Cons: The hotel seemed dated, and only partly remodeled.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: More amenities than I expected. Room was spacious. Had small benefits I appreciated. Microwave coffee maker etc.

2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Location
Cons: The Price, the quality, the staff, the soggy carpet, the AC that didn't work and the hotel staff that did nothing about it. I would never EVER stay here again. This was probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
5.7 Okay
Pros: Just a clean place to stay. Internet isnt the best but gets basic stuff done. Breakfast was descent compared to last place we stayed.
Cons: The bed was uncomfortable. The pull out couch was dirty. The customer service was there not friendly or welcoming.
9.1 Excellent
Cons: If the tv was mounted on the wall the table it sits on could be less than half the size it is making the room alot bigger, at present it makes the entrance to the room very narrow otherwise the place is fine
3.6 Mediocre
Pros: Rate
Cons: Sheets were very thin Front desk staff not very friendly
6.2 Good
Pros: Proximity to RTD, good price, plenty of restaurants nearby
Cons: Was charged twice for the room. Will now have to go through the hassle of contacting customer service.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was clean and easily accessible. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast included eggs, sausage, cereal, oatmeal, orange juice, coffee, cocoa, and make your own Belgium waffles. Breakfast was a highlight for my "always hungry" son. They were remodeling the entrance but it was overall clean and even during the holidays daily progress was notable. Thank you for an awesome stay. We will definitely be back!
7.7 Good
Pros: Continental breakfast was nice. We were able to check in early and check out late which was great, since our flight in to Denver was at 8am and flight out was at 8pm. The cleaning staff was very friendly and always made sure our room was clean.
Cons: Front desk staff was kind of rude and standoffish. And the beds weren't comfortable at all.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff was friendly. The location was perfect.
7.7 Good
Cons: Denver has high occupancy rates this summer. As a result, that is driving rates through the roof. I prefer this property when the rates are more "normal" versus being driven strictly by demand.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: We asked for a quiet room away from the freeway. We were given a room on the ground floor that turned out to be under the staircase leading to two upper floors. We noticed a large group of young adults unloading their gear from the back of a midsize truck after we'd gotten settled in our room. A lot of noise ensued, pounding footsteps, etc. We went to dinner, and when we returned the place had quieted down. In the middle of the night we were awakened by a series of very loud and long conversations being held, either above us or beside us or outside, but it was hard to tell since we had our heads covered and were groggy in our attempts to sleep. Why didn't we call the front desk? Because we had entered the twilight zone and the nightmare zone simultaneously. Because we hoped it would stop. Because we hoped/prayed some massively muscled guest would take the law into her own hands. Because it was only one night in our lives and we will simply never stay there again. No loss to the Sleep Inn, their cheap rates are cheap for a reason. You get what you pay for.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: clean confortable
Cons: workout room too small and equipment broken

Cons: Breakfast was dissappointing by not having scrambled eggs.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was really nice. The room was ready and clean, breakfast was decent.
Cons: Outdatted. Cleaning staff could pag more attention to detail.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Rooms were clean. They charge the amount that was quote.
Cons: Needed sheets and blanket for the pull out and when we called to have them bring up, we were told that we have to come and get our sheet and blankets. We were told that they had no more pillows for the pull out. The cost of the room does not reflect the service or customer service.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: clean, quiet, good price
3.4 Mediocre
Pros: It had a decent bed and an ok bathroom. Walking distance to the fiddlers green amphitheater.
Cons: The staff at the front desk were not very attentive when I checked in. My room was dirty, the carpet clearly had not been vacuumed, nothing had been dusted and the desk chair had melted chocolate on it. The coffee maker area was a disaster of coffee grounds. There was some questionable residue on the picture hanging above the coffee station.
5.1 Okay
Pros: Pillows were firm and many.
Cons: Vague directions to my room from the front desk at check-in. Too far to room from front desk and too far from all outside entrances/parking. Outside entrance/exit doors were not easy to use and/or not in good working condition; the key swipe was BEHIND the door!?!? Mattress was too soft. Ironing board cover was old and stained.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were greats and so much space! Very updated hotel Rooms and very clean!
Cons: The hot water stopped working early in the morning and I had a meeting to go to I had to wait. Also their employees are for the lost part very unfriendly.

Pros: Room was clean with enough space and convenient layout. I like the setup of the "older generation" Residence Inn's where they are set up as small apartment blocks instead of one big hotel building. Makes it seem less like being on the road. Location was convenient to Interstate and shopping.

Cons: None.

Pros: Decent area, I felt safe.
Cons: Dirty from first floor renovation, but the entire place was dirty. Room was actually clean, but heat/ac unit had no labeling for temp or fan. Just two knobs to guess with. It wasn't a drug den place, just sub-par compared to the other extended stays I've been to.

6.8 Good
Pros: I arrived on 11/16/15 at 1730. I don't remember the desk clerk's name, but she was absolutely a nice person and professional.
Cons: For a non-smoking room, mine reaked of cigarettes and marijuana. The carpet was nasty and the toilet still had hair and dirt around the bowl. If you pay the cleaning staff by the room, I ask that you stop. Pay them by the hour and then make them accountable.

Pros: Good price and good location. Seem to cater to business travelers doing contract support work a nearby Denver Tech Center trying to keep their daily costs down
Cons: The property just looked a bit run down , mattresses were a bit old and the room was fairly cramped. Had to keep your own room clean and go to the front desk to turn in dirty sheets and pick up clean ones.

Pros: The young clerk at front desk was nice for only working there 3 weeks. Felt bad he has to deal with working for a horrible hotel.
Cons: Not the room I booked. No sheets for the flat torn up sofa pullout. Old food in cabinets. Toilet seat hanging off. Sheets dirty... don't want to mention what was found when I untucked them from the mattress on the bed. Demanded a refund and didn't stay more than an hour. No manager on site.

Pros: There was a kitchen
Cons: This hotel is totally understaffed. I felt bad for anyone working there. It took us a long time to get checked in because there was only one associate working at the front desk, and by the time she had assisted one guests, another two had walked through the door. In addition to all that, when we ordered the dishes so that we could cook dinner we had to wait an hour and a half to have them delivered because of the understaffing. I had to call back at least two times and he said he was the only one there and it was too hard to deliver at that given time. By the time we finally got our dishes we were starving and still had to cook on top of that. It made it not worth it at all to use that kitchen. Also, there was no dish soap, let alone hand soap to wash my hands. The channels to watch the cable on were very limited, no DVD player. Very boring place to stay at.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: No towels, clogged toilet, stunk like cigarettes, wasn't cleaned properly. Very uncomfortable place to stay.
7.1 Good
Pros: Location was good.
Cons: Internet was too slow to stream video and there were no cable TV channels on the TV. I paid for the updated internet to my dismay.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: I liked the location of the hotel

Pros: This Extended Stay is a one room with a refrigerator and kitchen sink it it. You have to ask for a coffee pot or glass when you check in, nothing is in the room, if you want one but they don't tell you that.
Cons: If you pay more than $55.00 a night for this room you got ripped off.
