Location. Ease of travel to other sectors.
Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Happy hours prices were good (although I would not eat at the restaurant with that menu with those prices). I also thought the coffee bar was well run. Had mini-fridge in room I don't know if it Denver or if it is the hotel, but after flushing the toilet it takes like 5 minutes to fill. Also would have been nice if there was a shuttle. No microwave. No breakfast buffet.
It was easy to check in, and the room was beautiful. There was no way for us to get food late night.
The rooms were nice and clean The confusing layout of the place was frustrating, and the indoor pool was questionable
I was led to believe each room included a microwave and refrigerator, our room had neither.
Good value for the money. Parking on the opposite side of lobby entrance.
It was great place to be. Food menu can have more vegetarian options.
The price was great and staff excellent. Location great if you need to stay near Park Meadows or the DTC. Not good if you have business in downtown Denver. Nothing. It was great.
Location Old linen. Elevator closed on my bag and wouldn't open back up! Safety hazard!
An excellent location and beautifully maintained. Rooms were very comfortable with great thought to detail and layout.
Very friendly staff Awesome breakfast Not walking distance to food or shopping
Extremely nice rooms, good room service. Prices of movies on TV. Way overpriced.
This is a nice property - with friendly, helpful staff. We have stayed there about a dozen times. Convenient, easy to get to and a short trip to both downtown and DEN Intl. Great value.
Rooms are so spacious! They look very nice and clean PLUS the free breakfast is great enjoyed my stay will definitely stay here again.
Everything about this place is excellent. The staff, the room, the bedding, the facilities, everything. I liked everything.
Everything was great, very solid breakfast as well Slow elevators
Upon entering we were welcomed with a smile by the staff and the hotel was gorgeous. Our room was big, comfortable and clean. The complimentary breakfast was the best I have ever experienced at a hotel. When I'm in Denver again I know I can always count on this being worth my money.
Great breakfast. Wonderful staff. Great rooms. Good wifi. Bathroom is very small - hard to close door without hitting feet. A/C was a bit wonky, but we got it to work.
The mattress was new and breakfast was great. The pillows plain suck and hurt your neck and the hot tub needed to be cleaned.
It was very nice and clean the room was big and had a few sitting chairs which I liked Nothing :)
I liked the convenience of the location, as well as a safe neighborhood. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good. The discount was also a plus. It wasn't as clean as I would have hoped, the bathroom was a bit dirty. Also there were kids on our floor that kept running up and down the halls and banging the doors. Other than that, I am very satisfied
Clean, affordable, good location, friendly staff, pool, hot tub, included breakfast Nothing really, I had a good stay and enjoyed my time.
Front desk staff were AMAZING 100% helpful Went above and beyond to help the stay be as comfortable as possible VERY pleased!
the lobby was nice and staff was accommodating Bed was too soft/hot. Wall mounted AC was noisy. There were long hairs on the sheet when i first arrived and turned back the covers - assume it was housekeeper's hair. Drink prices in lobby were ridiculous. Room didn't have a little refrigerator. Bathroom was tiny. Generally, value for money vs. nearby hotel properties is low.
Exceeded expectations. Very clean, amazing bed, amenities were wonderful. The bistro, the courtyard obviously. I had a west mountain facing room on the 2nd floor. Perfect views of the mountains. The sliding doors and balcony were nice too. You can hear music from Fiddler's Green, which is across the interstate, but still nearby. This is either good or bad, depending on who's playing.
clean, quiet, good price
It had a decent bed and an ok bathroom. Walking distance to the fiddlers green amphitheater. The staff at the front desk were not very attentive when I checked in. My room was dirty, the carpet clearly had not been vacuumed, nothing had been dusted and the desk chair had melted chocolate on it. The coffee maker area was a disaster of coffee grounds. There was some questionable residue on the picture hanging above the coffee station.
Rooms were clean. They charge the amount that was quote. Needed sheets and blanket for the pull out and when we called to have them bring up, we were told that we have to come and get our sheet and blankets. We were told that they had no more pillows for the pull out. The cost of the room does not reflect the service or customer service.
The rooms were fantastic but thin walls Breakfast was dissappointing by not having scrambled eggs.
Pillows were firm and many. Vague directions to my room from the front desk at check-in. Too far to room from front desk and too far from all outside entrances/parking. Outside entrance/exit doors were not easy to use and/or not in good working condition; the key swipe was BEHIND the door!?!? Mattress was too soft. Ironing board cover was old and stained.
The rooms were greats and so much space! Very updated hotel Rooms and very clean! The hot water stopped working early in the morning and I had a meeting to go to I had to wait. Also their employees are for the lost part very unfriendly.
The staff was really nice. The room was ready and clean, breakfast was decent. Outdatted. Cleaning staff could pag more attention to detail.
We asked for a quiet room away from the freeway. We were given a room on the ground floor that turned out to be under the staircase leading to two upper floors. We noticed a large group of young adults unloading their gear from the back of a midsize truck after we'd gotten settled in our room. A lot of noise ensued, pounding footsteps, etc. We went to dinner, and when we returned the place had quieted down. In the middle of the night we were awakened by a series of very loud and long conversations being held, either above us or beside us or outside, but it was hard to tell since we had our heads covered and were groggy in our attempts to sleep. Why didn't we call the front desk? Because we had entered the twilight zone and the nightmare zone simultaneously. Because we hoped it would stop. Because we hoped/prayed some massively muscled guest would take the law into her own hands. Because it was only one night in our lives and we will simply never stay there again. No loss to the Sleep Inn, their cheap rates are cheap for a reason. You get what you pay for.
Wireless lan connection breakfast
things that we needed for our brief stay was accessible.basically we felt comfortable. none
clean confortable workout room too small and equipment broken
Continental breakfast was nice. We were able to check in early and check out late which was great, since our flight in to Denver was at 8am and flight out was at 8pm. The cleaning staff was very friendly and always made sure our room was clean. Front desk staff was kind of rude and standoffish. And the beds weren't comfortable at all.
Rate Sheets were very thin Front desk staff not very friendly
Location The Price, the quality, the staff, the soggy carpet, the AC that didn't work and the hotel staff that did nothing about it. I would never EVER stay here again. This was probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
If the tv was mounted on the wall the table it sits on could be less than half the size it is making the room alot bigger, at present it makes the entrance to the room very narrow otherwise the place is fine
Denver has high occupancy rates this summer. As a result, that is driving rates through the roof. I prefer this property when the rates are more "normal" versus being driven strictly by demand.
The staff was friendly. The location was perfect.
Location, price Breakfast very basic
I'll be back ! Location , staff, facilities, breakfast, and rooms, were excellent, excellent ,excellent, excellent and excellent in that order . Only negative ..... distance from airport .......
I enjoyed the fireplace and very spacious living room. The room was cozy and I would front-end staffing here None.
Good price and good location. Seem to cater to business travelers doing contract support work a nearby Denver Tech Center trying to keep their daily costs down The property just looked a bit run down , mattresses were a bit old and the room was fairly cramped. Had to keep your own room clean and go to the front desk to turn in dirty sheets and pick up clean ones.
The young clerk at front desk was nice for only working there 3 weeks. Felt bad he has to deal with working for a horrible hotel. Not the room I booked. No sheets for the flat torn up sofa pullout. Old food in cabinets. Toilet seat hanging off. Sheets dirty... don't want to mention what was found when I untucked them from the mattress on the bed. Demanded a refund and didn't stay more than an hour. No manager on site.
This Extended Stay is a one room with a refrigerator and kitchen sink it it. You have to ask for a coffee pot or glass when you check in, nothing is in the room, if you want one but they don't tell you that. If you pay more than $55.00 a night for this room you got ripped off.
Location was good. Internet was too slow to stream video and there were no cable TV channels on the TV. I paid for the updated internet to my dismay.
Nothing. No towels, clogged toilet, stunk like cigarettes, wasn't cleaned properly. Very uncomfortable place to stay.
There was a kitchen This hotel is totally understaffed. I felt bad for anyone working there. It took us a long time to get checked in because there was only one associate working at the front desk, and by the time she had assisted one guests, another two had walked through the door. In addition to all that, when we ordered the dishes so that we could cook dinner we had to wait an hour and a half to have them delivered because of the understaffing. I had to call back at least two times and he said he was the only one there and it was too hard to deliver at that given time. By the time we finally got our dishes we were starving and still had to cook on top of that. It made it not worth it at all to use that kitchen. Also, there was no dish soap, let alone hand soap to wash my hands. The channels to watch the cable on were very limited, no DVD player. Very boring place to stay at.
Breakfast was good and complete for all tastes, rooms very clean, conference rooms for every size, quick multiple elevators A 30.00 charge being put on my charge card for "just in case I incur an expense" and then taking days for it to be refunded back into my account. I did not knowingly authorize that charge.
This is a very new property, modern, clean, up-scale but with a very great price for the weekend! My wife and I entertained our son and his wife along with our grandchild..all in a two-room standard suite..and it worked out beautifully. With the full breakfast in the morning and cocktail hour and munchies for all (except our grandchild of course), it was a tremendous value. The location is perfect for shopping, and seeking out other places to eat..very easy to find off of I25--for tripping around Denver. I asked for a crib and it was delivered immediately for the grandchild. A perfect value and location for a weekend touring around the Denver area!
This is our 2nd year staying at this location for our family reunion and the atrium is a wonderful gathering place. Great value!!
we enjoyed the facilities. the rates and buffet breakfast every morning and the happy hour. wehave our family reunion there every year and like the openness of the lounge as it give yoy a place to gather. we enjoy using embassy suites for what we do with our families and friends .we will use embassy suites again next year.it has everything we need .your service was excellent and hospality was great. hotel security was just hovered around a person .made you feel uncomfortable.kids in swiming pool area was always being watched and told to not make any noise. just being to strict.always watching. just felt they were to strict.
This was a great place to stay with kids. I took my daughter and 4 grandkids and all had a wonderful time. The adults love the separate room to sleep and relax. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the breakfast.
Happy hour was great and made to order breakfast nice except for the glue fumes from the carpet being replaced Renovation, fumes and noise from construction and carpet glue, broken furniture in the room.
The location and value for money were excellent, as was the staff and evening lounging.
Nice staff and a nice property. Older property but well maintained. Hate the resort fee. It's a junk fee in my opinion that hides the true cost of the room. Charge the full rate and don't nickle and dime guests.
I love the attention to detail this place gives as well as the accommodations! Only one valet driver stood out because he didn't act in the same courteous manner as his peers.
Great location and breakfast Bought club level room where everything was included, valet, breakfast and internet. Surprised by a facilities use fee that covered these amenities. That is not "free" as advertised.
Really nice and classy. Had everything you would want at your hotel. Every little thing there was a 70% up charge. Hotel price didn't include everything. Something called a facility fee, $20 for 2 beers pool side. Ridiculous!
Amazing indoor pool, spa and friendly service at the front desk. Was told they would remodel soon Rooms were on par with a much lesser quality hotel. Small/slow tv service. Beds weren't comfortable and Sheets weren't on correctly and falling off immediately. Pillows were down right awful, easily the worst part of the stay. Golf course was in pretty rough shape for the price. It's March in CO so it's understandable but rates should drop with it for a decent city-esque course.
Staff was great. Had a great time. I would go back
We booked at the last minute and it was great. Beds were exceptional. Had dinner at the hotel and it was a pleasure. Leaving
The staff is friendly, lobby and rooms are well appointed and value for money is great.
Room clean, front staff professional and polite.
Proximity to the area. Needs updating. Felt dirty
The bed was hard on one side and like a flat tire on the other. the adjustable bed wasn't adjustable! the heater sounded like a cricket.
The room was clean and the staff was super friendly. The location is close to the freeway but there are no shops or resturants near by. Breakfast was almost $13 and it was not worth it. Overall I would stay again.
I arrived after a 7 hour drive from Durango. Pulled up to intrance and I was sent around to a back entrance. When I entered the dust from drywall work cast a white glow over the entrance. It was difficult to breath. I commented to the desk manager and he told me it's so bad he has to clean the counter every 10 minutes. What I wasn't made aware of the situation during my booking is the issue I have with Hilton and the hotel. Never offered any remuneration or reimbursement of any kind. Would never stay here again
Pool awesome Hot tub great Pee stained mattress No food for breakfast for the $$ you pay, not even a banana....
Rock hard beds. Staff was rude and made dumb jokes
I'd like a continental breakfast option
You stay was only brief. We arrived after midnight but the front desk staff was very welcoming and quickly got us checked into our room. The next morning was an early departure to finish our trip but the staff greeted us and got us underway quickly with a sincere thank you for stay with them and a have a wonder day send off. Families were just starting to wake and head to the pool.
Every thing was nice and clean. We asked for a rollaway and where told they would bring one right up after an hour and a half we still had no rollaway, so we asked again and they said they would check and see if they had any, half an hour later still nothing, we checked again and they said there where non. So we asked for two blankets and they brought one and we had call back for another one. Other than that is was a great stay.
The staff and service was great. The room was comfortable and well kept. The fitness center is tiny and the elliptical is broken.
The lobby was nice. For such a high end hotel maybe they could renovate it a bit. I was surprised to see the popcorn ceilings. The customer service was good. That breakfast was not included with the room. No continental either. Coffee was good.
Good location. The first room was next to gang bangers and was freezing when we moved in at 60 degrees. The second room had an air conditioning unit that didn't work and we had to sleep with the window open next to the freeway. Terrible experience and front desk staff would not do any price adjustment. Won't be staying at La Quinta again - we moved to Hampton Inn after this visit for less money and a much better experience
The room was clean more than adequately sized and definitely did the job . The pool was closed for the winter but the hot tub was available but I did not use it use it . It was just too cold outside . The desk staff were friendly and very helpful . When I got my Corredor on the third floor and I was walking to my room I couldn't help but notice the strong smell of marijuana . Once I got into my room it was fine but the corridor just smelled. The breakfast was OK but I was expecting a little bit more hot options .
Clean and convenient
More amenities than I expected. Room was spacious. Had small benefits I appreciated. Microwave coffee maker etc.
Clean, quiet and comfortable.
I was impressed that they emailed me before arrival and asked me for preferences and came through on those. The first floor room was convenient to the pool and lounge/cafe, very roomy, but it was also quiet even with a sports team in the building. Nothing. It met all my needs we were in town for my nephew's Graduation.
Decent rooms and breakfast, friendly staff took my shoes off at the desk in my room. the next morning, i have at least a dozen welts from being bitten by something.
The room, bed, and pillows were great. Hundreds of channels available through DirecTV. The mini-fridge was a great place to keep snacks for our 19 month old cold. Plenty of room to stretch out. There was hideaway bed that we didn't need to use. The pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was mediocre. Do-it-yourself waffle maker, circular thawed egg patties, and paper thin bacon. There were also breads, yogurt, coffee, and fruit. I'm not complaining about the breakfast's middling quality because it saved us quite a bit of $$ from eating out every morning. Our AC went out on day 2 of our 5 night stay. I told the front desk about the AC around 8pm. They installed a new unit the following morning.
Housekeeping and Internet/cable service was great. Breakfast was good as well Restless nights. Stayed in room 104 and you could head every step the people above took. Sounded like someone would fall through the floor...... So I paid to get no sleep for 2 nights. Asked staff if I could change rooms and if there was a charge I would pay the difference. Staff said since I booked through a third party there was nothing they could for me. Wow no service! So much chlorine in the pool in which it would make you cough after 30 minutes of being there while your eyes are burning and one of my children through up because of swallowing the water! Awful stay and experience
We loved that the hotel offered buffet style food for no extra cost. Also, we received 3 free drinks! There was a few stains on our comforter. Also, the pool was very cloudy and filmy, as well as the hot tub. When choosing a hotel a pool is a must.. The appearance of it was so awful we didn't even go in. That was very disappointing
The staff was very friendly and customer service oriented. Pantry was nice for buying items. Better than always using a vending machine. Guest rooms are a bit dated so maybe some future updates would be nice.
Good thread count on sheets and clean room. Happy hour and apps and breakfast were awesome-atmosphere very comfort inn like Staff was professional and very welcoming Smallest room and bathroom I have ever seen! Not sure if I will return. Room was just above pool-so screaming kids until 10 pm was not great I have stayed there in the past and had a great room which faced the highway and was much more serene and spacious
very convenient, love the popcorn and drinks until 10pm, hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant we have pets but are not fans of staying in a room after non-familiar to us pets have been there. We would rate this hotel superior if we had the choice of staying in a pet friendly or non friendly room. Perhaps they could designate a floor or section for pets and reserve the rest of the hotel for those of us that prefer to not wonder about the habits of other peoples pets.
Very clean and relaxed atmosphere. Great customer service, free breakfast spread in the AM was a good assortment :)
room, near mall, decent breakfast, happy hour, pool, and fitness eqpt. noisy outside hallway, safe in room is broken, bathroom door warped -difficult to close room 137
I had just called off my wedding and needed a place to hide out. I found the Element online and it was just what I needed. An efficient, modern room with a kitchenette, super comfy bed and great view. The evening happy hour was a nice way to get out among other people. The pool area was sparse and could have used a hot tub/jacuzzi, fountain -- something to jazz it up a bit. An onsite spa or massage room would have been a welcome addition for the true unwinding experience.
Great experience. Good rate, clean room and all Eco friendly.
Easy access to to streets for travel around city. Staff made the stay . room was in good shape. No real family amenities, this is a business stay hotel, if that is what you are after this is a good place. road construction in getting into hotel.
I liked that it had a washer and dryer to clean your close with.. It was also in a great location. The beds were a little tough and the bathroom is small
Excellent facilities and fantastic value. Clean and modern accommodations with a great staff. Bathrooms a little small.
Very clean, spacious, comfortable. Very friendly bed. Had to wait until 5 to check in as room wasn't cleaned yet. Other than that excellent. Lots of plugs for multiple devices. Great wifi signal. Didn't have time to eat the breakfast so can't comment on that.
Checking out Cheap mattress Cheap pillows Pull out sofa was awful Kids running/crying below our room sounded like they were in our toom. A very poorly built hotel. Bathing lighting was awful. Whatever the sheets were washed in made your skin just itch. My family all had very itchy skin wherever these sheets touched you. I would not recommend this hotel and would never stay here again. The manager had zero care when we expressed how terrible the mattresses were.
Comfortable sleeping arrangements for a family with 2 teens. No kitchenette.
Room for look and close where we were going Spa was Luke warm . Though we were getting a king size bed got queen size. Noise level from above was like they had paper wall. Room405 must had a party until 4:15 .wife let me set them straight made me think I was a flea bag hotel . Next morning went to get breakfast but was out egg and bacon had to wait about 20 min help was wipe down outside wall
The location. This was a horrible experience from the time we walked through the front door. All the staff was in a meeting about an inspection they had just had. I stood at the front desk yelling "hello" and finally someone came to the desk stammering an apology. This was approximately 4pm and they didn't have our room ready, they didn't have another room that we could have so we had to wait in the lobby 45 minutes for this whole process to happen. (that's 45mins I didn't get to spend with my grandchildren) When we got to the room there were no tissues, just an empty box, no water cups and I would be willing to bet they couldn't have found a cheaper toilet paper even if they had tried. It literally fell apart in you hands. The towels were rough, I don't think they had ever seen fabric softener. The phone next to the bed didn't work and the information on the phone was inaccurate and outdated. I went down one night to get a candy bar from the front area, myself and another guest stood there for probably 10 minutes until finally I left the $2.00 on the counter and went back to my room. My card key didn't work, thank goodness my husband was in the room. I went on the TV to give feedback on our stay but that application wasn't working. I found the manager to be rude and obviously needing more training to do the job she held.
The staff was friendly and helpful, they had a very good complementary breakfast with more than just muffins and pastries like some hotels. The room was clean, they had an in-room safe, extra towels, and extra pillows of different firmness so you could find one that suits your preference. There were many places to shop and eat from fast food to fine dining within 1-2 miles of hotel. Also close to prominent businesses in the area. Although it is supposed to be non-smoking. I noticed a smoky smell in the hallway. The hotel interior is showing some age, however the rooms were clean. Swimming pool area is outside and visible from the parking lot. No privacy.
This hotel was excellent. It was clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly & efficient. Reasonable price included free internet & breakfast.
Nothing. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Every thing
I arrived on 11/16/15 at 1730. I don't remember the desk clerk's name, but she was absolutely a nice person and professional. For a non-smoking room, mine reaked of cigarettes and marijuana. The carpet was nasty and the toilet still had hair and dirt around the bowl. If you pay the cleaning staff by the room, I ask that you stop. Pay them by the hour and then make them accountable.
