Cons: I had reserved the car at 2pm and got there to pick it up a bit after 2. This location is in the lobby of a hotel. You are supposed to pick up a phone and it connects you to the Hertz guy. I did and he answered and said he'd be there in 30 minutes. I was on my work lunch break. I didn't have 30 minutes to wait. But I had to. So, while the car was fine and everything, I was really upset to have to sit around for 30 minutes to wait for the guy to come. I talked to some of the hotel staff and they said: "sometimes 30 minutes means 30 minutes, sometimes it means 1 hour". So, be warned. If you pick up from this location, give yourself plenty of time!

Pros: Nothing, terrible customer service with people on the other end that couldn't understand what I was saying and I couldn't understand them.
Cons: I couldn't pick my rental up because the place closed at 12, my reservation was at 12 and I had called 3 times to make sure it was okay I was going to be there at 12:15 because my flight had been delayed. They said no problem. I got there and it was closed and essentially cost me a lot more money and ruined my first day on vacation because I spent hours on the phone trying to figure something out.

Long Checkin Line Despite Booked Online, No Choice
Pros: Price was reasonable, service was friendly and pleasant.
Cons: I was waiting in line for over half an hour, maybe 45 min, to check in because only one of the two reps at the desk could check me in. I think the lady ahead of me had gotten frustrated and left. I had to still wait because I had already paid online.
I didn't like my car. I think it was a Nissan Altima (it's been a few days now since as I write this) because the car left with more blind spots than I'm comfortable with. I would've liked to pick out my car from a menu of available cars for the paid reservation. I might even be willing to pay an extra $5-10 for that ability to choose.

thought I had rented a car at Denver Int airport b
Cons: thought I had rented a car at Denver Int airport but turned out to be at a location in downtown Denver. The airport would not give me the same rate but charged me a rate that was $400 higher-terrible price gouging

No pickup option was offered.
Cons: We spent over $50 each way to pick up and drop off the rental vehicle. We even turned the rental in the afternoon before our contract expired but we did not receive any credit. The rental office closed at 6 pm and did not reopen early enough the next morningto return the rental. We were stranded with no transportation for over 15 hours which we could have had additional time to explore Denver and had a nice dinner but we had to just snack in our hotel room.

Price tripled when picking up vehicle
Pros: Nice vehicle
Cons: The price of the rental tripled once rental was complete. Kept adding on things that were not explained in the contract commitment online. NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PRICE AT ALL!!!!!
Pros: They upgraded our car for the same price as we had a lot of equipment to take. Staff in Englewood were friendly.
Cons: We went on a two week road trip so did have to get an oil change on the way,

Friendly, helpful service, not the best car
Pros: As usual, the staff at Enterprise friendly and helpful and it took very little time to get my car
Cons: The Mitsubishi we rented had terrible pick up and and ran very rough.

Pros: Attempt to apprase me after thier mistake.
Cons: The fact I requested a specific type of vehicle and they attempted to offer me 2 lower tier vehicles. Vehicle needed serious maintenance and placed my group in danger traveling through slick, snowy, mountain conditions
