Saved me from delayed trains, flights etc. Booked v last minute 15 mins before turning up and received a very warm welcome. Lovely room w a great view, clean and comfortable. Free tea and coffee and also facilities in the room to make them. Great!

The rooms was fantastic, very large room high ceilings, great value for money and great location close enough to the centre however far enough out for a quiet nights sleep.
It could do with maybe room service or hot snacks?
