Friendly staff. Clean comfortable room. Good value. Great location. Good, free, breakfast. Floor in lobby hallway not clean, sticky. Floor in elevator wet, both on more than one occasion.

Everything was at least as advertised and acceptable. I didn't find anything I disliked.

Great hotel to visit. Front desk and housekeeping were all friendly. Rooms appear to be newly remodeled and very large. They have a Starbucks and bistro onsite. The indoor pool was ice cold.

The staff was excellent! We stayed for several days and had interactions with several members of the staff. We found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and professional in their duties. The hotel atmosphere is welcoming and family friendly. The only downside was the closeness to the interstate. If your room is on the north end of the building, traffic can be a bit loud. On an earlier stay, our room was on the opposite end, and we did not notice the road noise nearly as much.

I liked our room location on the first floor right across from breakfast and right next to the pool. The breakfast was delicious and the eating area was very clean and nice. Staff was nice. It was a little noiser being in that room location. Our room smelled like a sweaty foot. Like it was damp in there. After being in there for a min. you didn't notice it.

Very friendly staff. Comfy beds and pillows. Clean rooms. A/c and heat worked prefectly which doesn't happen all that often. Good water pressure in the shower. The hotel is right next to a highway which we didn't mind, and they also provided earplugs. What I didn't like is that our room was literally right next to the pool and vending machines. We were woke up pretty early by screaming (laughing) kids and loud talkers and the clanging of the vending machine. If we'd had another room it would have been a very good experience. It was fine for one night but I wouldn't have stayed more than that in that particular room.

Courteous staff provided easy check-in and check-out. Complied with my request for an upper floor room farthest from the expressway. Clean, spacious room with comfortable beds, frig, microwave, work station with rolling laptop desk. Spacious bathroom with excellent water pressure. Oddly uneven heights of the two beds in the room. One was a few inches lower than the other.

I liked that the rooms were nice and big. The hotel and its room were clean and comfortable. I liked the food as well and the free valet parking. The walls must be really thin because i got a complaint for noise. All me and my family were doing was laughing while watching tv. THis was a first something like this happened to me.

It was nice to get around There was an add that stated a price and when we got there it was different .But we still stayed at the hotel.
