Pros:
I'm not sure how many times I've been to Hertz but I do know it's been more than I can count. I can honestly say that I still have my 1st time to feel uncomfortable or treated unfair. Fr
The single overworked staff member was very pleasant and competent.
Cons:
Hire more staff at this location! You can never get through on the phone and will be serviced by a single person (multiple visits - this was the case). Interior of the building was antiquated and dirty.
