location is very convienient, just opposite the metro station without a special offer rate, the hotel is too expensive.

I had to pay for the internet. For that pice that could include free internet acces.

help at the desk was good. The room was clean but basic. Bed were 2 single next to eachother instead of a double

Comfortable and nice breakfast Wifi Service was too expensive. The hotel rate was very expensive even taking into consideration it was during Cebit.

Attractive building, good and clean Sheraton hotel.

Very nice hotel. Most music stars stay here when they play in Hannover. The restaurant 12 Apostle just next door is very nice with food being great quality and way too large :) No pool, Fitness center (very nice) does not belong to Sheraton

nothing much the room is depressing, very bad lights in the room. tv is bad. service is terrible. ill never go back there.

Sheraton quality service & friendly welcome Hotel is a little dated, and footsteps (from other guestrooms above) could frequently be heard.

Staff were very good and spoke very good English - very pleasant. Could not rate them high enough. The only problem - it lacked a good comfy lounge to sit in.

The room was tidy and the breakfasts were very good. Not having anyone in the hotel in the evening - it overlooked a car paint spraying facility as well as a large tyre factory. I was not impressed with the hotel - it felt more like a guest house - more for passing trade or business guests rather than as a base for a holiday.

Nice hotel but I got a bathroom on the floor and I did not like it. Although they say something about the private bathroom I did nor realize I would have to leave my room to get there:)

Its location. With a tram station outside it was so simple getting into the city centre just minutes away. No hassle whatsoever. We had no complaints whatsoever and the breakfast was better than average.

We were happy when we left this Hotel! There was free parking (although it was a very dodgy area and the parking is not secure) Free wifi was the best thing about the hotel. We had a room that faced the main busy road also with a tram stop. There is no air con it was hot and stuff. We asked if we could have a room on the other side of the hotel, we were able to move but at a higher cost, the room was quiter but exactly the same and not worth the additional cost.

Location, I was in a room away from the main road therefore fairly quiet. Access to tram system excellent Lack of coffee/ tea making facilities

nothing room so simple....if you arrive late like me, forget about eat something...not comfortable at all

overall ok, good location, great breakfast, friendly staff. A bit noisy, not from outside but from inside.

Nice staff. Good service. Close to Hannover messe. Very old and not updated facilities. I cannot remember to have stayed in such an expensive hotel with so low standard on facilities. Everything must be 50 years old. A cooler is used as leg for a table in the breakfastroom. Towels are flussy and in a condition where they should have been trown out many years ago.
