Pros: Very good location 1 minute from HBF .7 u-bahn lines and s-bahn and busses areconnects you to any spot in the city.we were there for the IAA and the MESSE was 15 minutes by 1 subway line .very close to all the shopping spots(galleria kaufhof 1.min,karstadt+c&a 3 min. Ernst-August-Platz gallery mall-2.min.) reception staff were pros and gave top service.the free internet terminal at the lobby very nice - as in hannover there isnt any free wi-fi.We didnt eat at the hotel as the Train station offered so much food choises.but the buffet for 15 euro p.is good with bacon eggs etc... all hannover hotels prices were sky-high for the IAA but got a nice deal through booking.com room was very big .free minibar was a nice plus.will stay there again.

Excellent that BBC World is available on the TV, and a couple of channels in English. This is not always the case in German hotels-even one's with a higher star rating. Grabber and co. run a very efficient establishment. Given the star rating, it obviously does not have "all mod cons", but perfectly adequate-and would recommend to travellers, even more so if you are travelling on a budget.
